This place is phenomenal! I flew into Charlotte for less than 24 hours for an event and looked up good coffee shops to go to before my event, and I am so glad I came here! The jams, the ambiance, the music, the staff, THE LATTE’S…everything is chefs kiss ! I had the iced latte with fruit loops and it was so good that I had to order another one before I left! The avocado toast was also phenomenal. Y’all are doing it, ladies! This is a must try! If i was in Charlotte, I’d definitely be a regular! I especially loved those sitting/reading nooks! A nice chill environment and cute cubbies for selfies. Had the chocolate chip cookie latte slightly customized to be less sweet, 1/2 sweetener. It had good flavor but was still very very sweet. Even after adding a 3rd shot of espresso it was too sweet. Friendly young ladies but overall customer service needs improvement. Observed 3 other orders go back up to have changes made to their drinks. No option to remake my drink, only to add the additional (3rd) shot of espresso to it. Undoubtedly, this coffee shop is a true hidden gem. Every flavor on their menu is exceptional, with my personal favorite being the Honey Cinnamon Latte.
