First of all, I don't like the name: Spectrum. I liked "Time Warner Cable.". I miss the name. As a cable company, it's good. However, the constant pressure for payment bothers me. For those who are in tight financial situations, it's downright hard to cope with.
That said, as a news group, it's up and coming. Especially, I love their "Weather on the Ones" segments. They're great to keep the weather in mind. And I love Jeff Crum, and the rest of the weather reporters. I also love their positive news slant-- they find ways to incorporate good news in the mix. Unlike the Big Three:. We had a technician come out and he was rude and condescending and swore up and down that he fixed the issue. The next day, the internet went out again.
