I walked in to the Southpark location Sunday November 29 around 2 and was the only customer I was going to buy Christmas gifts for my daughter. There were two employees and One said hi and NEITHER offered to help me. Maybe I wasn’t dressed good enough for their store ( I came from work in health care) but I was ready to buy gifts for my daughter and there was a lot of nice jewelry. I will never will go in again when people don’t even acknowledge or try and help you when you are the only person in the store. You can’t judge a book...

I had a great experience at this store today. Megan and the staff were very nice and helpful. The store was very busy as it’s the weekend before Christmas and I was immediately asked if I wanted a dressing room, I shopped a bit more and when I was ready the girl who worked there remembered my name for my dressing room that I had given her earlier. When I was checking out, Megan made sure to speak about my purchase and was very friendly. This is the kind of customer service that is noticed especially when a store is so busy...

I felt compelled to leave a review after my amazing experience in the Blakeney store today. I was in a major rush, looking for something very specific, and had my almost 2 year old with me in the store. One of the employees literally took my child so that I could try on my clothes in peace.
