Hours of operation on the door and the google maps profile page are inaccurate, or they were just late opening, either way an inconvenience. Also, be aware that they don't sell vape ejuice or coils.

Last Friday went by this place twice because they, in fact, weren't open at 9am. I clicked the website site link on their profile page, and a few ejuice brands I recognized were listed as was the option to have them delivered. I definitely made an incorrect assumption that if the product was featured on their website with availability for delivery that it would be in store for purchase. I was wrong.

I was uptown for about 3-4 hours, and on my way home @1pm, I decided to swing back by and see if they had opened. The spot is on the corner with a cool setup. It has the potential to be good. They were open, hooray! BTW, when parking, be cautious of the curb on the street side and be observant of people hanging around.

I walked in and was greeted. We are off to a good start. I DID NOT mention opening late. I asked about ejuice, and the guy said a flat. "No." His tone has changed, and now I feel like I've interrupted him. To which I said, "So you don't carry it in the store?" and he said NO, we don't have any. I said thanks and left. I was barely in the store for 60 seconds.

Too bad they don't carry ejuice and other vape supplies bc the 2 places we did have uptown both closed during...

Bought a Miami Mint Elf Bar ($20 for only 5k hits) at House of Clouds on N College St 4 days ago, when I tried to charge it for the first time last night the light came on but then it never turned off when I took it off the charger and it would no longer hit, I tried all night to get it to work. I brought it in with my receipt and explained all of this to the woman working tonight and she said they only do same day returns… I explained that I hadn’t charged it until now so it would have been impossible for me to know that it was a defective product. So after refusing to give a refund or even let me exchange it for another one she had the GALL to ask me if I wanted to buy a new one. I just kindly denied and left the vape on the counter, light still burning strong. I recommend not shopping here as they do not do right by their customers, it would have been so much easier to just let me exchange it but instead they lost a customer and got...

Went here yesterday when in a pinch. The gentlemen who was working was very helpful and patient with me while trying to find a flavor I thought I would like (I'm extremely picky). Had a pretty good selection of disposable vapes to pick from which surprised me because it is a smaller establishment. This place is in a not so great part of town and had people panhandling outside, so beware of that. My only true complaint would be the pricing. I bought a VIHO TURBO disposable vape that came to a little over $25. I have seen these exact ones go for $13 to $16. I was in a bind, so I did purchase it without complaint anyways. I didn't have time to ask for a price match, but if I return, I will have to see if they do...
