I recently visited Crunch Bistro and was quite impressed with their selection of healthy and affordable foods. The menu offered a variety of options that were not only nutritious but also reasonably priced. However, my experience was somewhat dampened by the behavior of one particular staff member, the cashier.
From the first day I visited the restaurant, the cashier left a negative impression on me due to their rudeness. Initially, I attributed it to a long line and perhaps their exhaustion, but to my disappointment, this behavior persisted on subsequent visits. It seemed clear that the cashier had little regard for customer service and was solely focused on rushing through transactions.
I believe it would greatly benefit Crunch Bistro to address this issue and replace the current cashier with someone who possesses better interpersonal skills and a genuine care for customers. A friendly and welcoming cashier can significantly enhance the overall dining experience and create a desire for customers to return.

Read moreFirst let me say that I do love the salads and it keeps me coming back. My experience on the other hand was not that great. I was in about 1 week ago and ordered 2 salads online. I added extra dressing to the first but neglected to ask for extra dressing with the second. When I arrived and gave my name for the pick up order, I asked for extra dressing for the particular salad I did not order extra dressing for. I was told your order is correct and handed my paper bag to me. I again said that I needed extra dressing for the one salad and again was told that my order was correct. I tried to explain what happened and what I needed. The clerk got upset grabbed the paper bag from me ripped it open and began taking the items out of the bag. At that point someone else came from the back and asked what was going on. I proceeded to explain that I needed an additional dressing and I was told that you have the extra dressing. I made them aware that yes, I had in fact ordered extra dressing for one salad but neglected to get extra for the second. The clerk put the extra dressing in a new bag an handed me my items. With just a hint of sweetness, it's a great morning post workout meal. It's a little further up N Tryon then I usually go, but it was worth it. There should be a line out of the door for this treat. I ordered via the ritual app and it was ready within 5 minutes. I arrived to no line which was nice, but still surprised me.
