Sloan's Boutique — Local services in Charlotte

Very beautiful boutique, if “Revolve” had a store front vibe. I workout next door and saw a dress in the storefront and decided to stop in to try it on. The dress on the mannequin was the only one in stock and but was I never offered to try it on or suggested similar options. Truly made me feel like they didn’t think I was worthy, actually called my husband after because I felt so embarrassed! Maybe it was in my own my mind but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Ended up checking the tag before I left and ordered the dress from another...

I don’t have the heart to give a small business a 1-star review although it was much deserved. Walked in - said hi directly to the two older women that were working, usually when I go it’s other ladies. Neither of the women working felt the need to reply to me aside from making eye contact when I said hi. And of course no check in if I needed help etc. other boutiques near by that provide better customer service id you like...

This morning I went to Sloan to find something special. Haven't been there in a while! WHAT A SURPRISE to have such a sweet, kind, and helpful associate help me shop. I can't remember her name but she has a 2 year old daughter and is gorgeous and tall! It's refreshing to know that authentic customer service exists. THANKS! Love...
