I would give zero stars if possible. This location is completely irresponsible and careless when it comes to customer service and food safety.
I ordered two different footlongs - one specifically without pickles and honey mustard due to a food allergy. What did I get? They completely messed up the order and swapped the veggies, putting ingredients I specifically avoided due to allergies. That is not just incompetence - it’s dangerous.
When I noticed the mistake, I immediately tried calling the store several times between 7:30 - 8:00 PM using the number listed on Google. They never bothered to answer the phone. Because I live 25 minutes away, it wasn’t realistic to drive back the same evening.
The next day, I went back to show them the messed-up order and explain the seriousness of the allergy issue. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the employee rudely brushed me off saying he “couldn’t do anything.” When I asked to speak with the manager, he refused multiple times until I insisted.
The manager was even worse - completely disrespectful, dismissive, and insulting. Instead of addressing the health risk or the mistake, she arrogantly told me to “go complain to corporate” and basically kicked me out of the store. That is horrible customer service and an appalling attitude toward customer safety.
This kind of careless mistake could easily put someone in the hospital. It’s not just about poor service - it’s about endangering people’s health. I have photos to prove the blunder, and I’ll be reporting this to Subway corporate as well.

Read moreThis is one of the worst locations I have ever been to. They consistently have issues with the store being open and some of the employees have terrible attitudes. Today I came for lunch and there was a sign on the door stating they are only taking online orders. That’s fine I have no issue with placing an online order (even though the purpose of subway is to be able to build your own sandwich and watch them make it). I sit in the store to place my order and the woman (younger, light skin, female) comes out after several minutes and tells me I have to leave the store if I don’t have a pick up order. As I get up to go place my order outside I politely ask “oh okay, why is that?” just wondering why the store is accepting online orders even though “the store is closed” (I was thinking there’s something wrong w the building or something else and just genuinely being curious) and she basically just rushes me out with no explanation. As someone who has worked in fast food (first job was a sandwich artist at Subway) I’m truly just confused on why this store has so many issues. Why is the store always either closed or not accepting orders. I have come here several times just to realize that there’s a sign on the door stating they will be closing early with no warning online or otherwise. Like I said, there are some great employees here and I have tipped them $10+ on several occasions because or the great service, but the negatives of this location are honestly starting to outweigh the positives. Read moreI did a DoorDash order for this restaurant at the time there were two employees. One was really sweet and polite with everyone, but the other had the nastiest attitude towards customers. The online pickup orders and a present customers orders were left sitting out so long flies were crawling all over the food. A customer saw flies on peoples food and asked the grumpy one if she could cover up the sandwich because flies were gettin all over the food. That was met with a lifeless stare and a flick of the paper. Another present customer had to tell the same girl several times what she wanted on her sandwich. Upon delivering my customers orders I had to profusely apologize because I had to wait over an hour for the subs. They described the employee to a T, and said that that’s why they don’t go there much anymore because of her attitude, and they were hoping they got lucky and she didn’t make their sandwich.
