Ordered the crab rangoon, chicken egg rolls, steamed dumplings, chicken lo mein, and pork egg foo young. The crab Rangoon was VERY good! Just the right ratio for breading and filling. Breading was light and crispy, filling was tasty, and sauce complimented it perfectly. I personally did not eat the egg rolls but my partner and mother in law did and they felt they were mediocre. The steamed dumplings were HUGE, and very filling, but pretty good especially with sauce. The chicken lo mein was very good however wish the chicken was a bit crispier. And lastly, the pork foo young was delicious but..they put the gravy on top rather than on the side (how I'm used to). Personally I'd rather it be on the side to prevent it from getting soggy but besides that point, it was very tasty. Would definitely order again. Also, saw some negative reviews about the front service receptionist. Whomever I talked to, they were very nice and accommodating. To each their own.

One of the worst Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been. The lady who works in the front taking order she’s kinda nasty rude and very obnoxious and after I’ve ordered chicken with garlic sauce and it taste so sucks and when the food is ready I asked for hot sauce and duck sauce and she gave me one of each and than I asked for more she said straight in my face ,” I don’t have any sauce “ so you’re telling me that you’re running a food store and you don’t have any sauce and she’s also got a attitude problem how to handle the customer professionally and inside the restaurant is so nasty including the restroom and I’ll suggest everyone not to go in this Chinese restaurant and it’s called,” China Sauté “ 9252 Albemarle road Charlotte NC 38227 And in the kitchen her husband works there and her husband is way better than her and he’s very polite and humble unlike this lady got a real behavioral issues that needs to fix

My favorite chinese food restaurant in Charlotte, it reminds me of the restaurant I grew up on from back home called Taiwan's on university in Berkeley CA. Sweet and Sour shrimp, shrimp fried rice ( they do shrimp good) and chicken lo-mein in Cali it's called chowmein but we've adapted, & mama that answers the phone and handles the orders is so Sweet! #BAYMONEYTAROT on YouTube

Yesterday was THE most horrible experience I ever had. Prior to that day, I would have given them 4/5 stars. However, not happening anymore. I order the chicken wings and fries combo. Once it came, I went home. Upon opening it, I realized that all the chicken was overfried and 2 pieces were burnt. My gf called the place and spoke to the mom (older woman) and told her the complaint and asked for a reorder. Originally she automatically said no. Once my gf begin to speak about her dissatisfaction, she complied. Honestly, the grease may have been old which led to the chicken being made horrible.

Once we got back to the Chinese Restaurant, she minused one piece (I ate it) and gave a fresh batch. However, she did not change out the fries or gave fries that were old. So I decided to go in to let her know that a reorder is a reorder. I politely asked the daughter for her mom (the mom had been in the back screaming and cursing in Chinese due to the situation). She came out with her eyes enlarged and a nasty attitude. I said to her that she looks like she has an attitude and she said yes. I said there is no reason for that. Before I could finish, she starts yelling at me from behind the counter, very loudly btw. Putting her hands in my face. I begin to try to explain that I'm not being rude and I commenced to telling her why I was back. She didn't want to hear anything. She kept screaming and saying she would give me back my money. The food was $6.50. She wanted to minus a $1 for the eaten flat. I told her that isn't right. Anyway, it continued for 10 minutes. I got my full fecund and I told the daughter who had been calm and understanding (she tried to get her mom to make fresh fries) that her mother has poor customer service. If the customer has an issue then the issue must be handled professionally. You don't scream and curse at a customer. I almost called the cops honestly.

If I could rate them a...

I placed an order a few weeks ago and realized the sauce for the crab rangoons was missing once I got home. I spoke with the owner’s son who took the order, explaining to him what happened and that I didn’t feel like driving back to get it. I asked how can you make this right and he said the next time you come back, we’ll give you a free order of crab ragoons. Today, I was placing an order with the extremely RUDE and ignorant woman that’s always there explaining to her what happened (which she remembered). Instead of honoring what her son promised, she offered the sauce without the crab rangoons-how ridiculously ignorant is that?!?!! Needless to say I canceled the order and informed her that she lost a customer for less than $10 (cost of the crab rangoons). I will gladly take my money and spend it at another Chinese restaurant (which is a dime a dozen) where I feel appreciated as a customer. Too often “they” setup establishments in our communities and don’t sincerely appreciate our business. Not only was this an act of ignorance and sheer greed but also a poor way to managed a business. I will share this experience and discourage as many people as I can to not support this...
