We love escape rooms! Well, maybe our team building in escape rooms is driven by me I guess. There were technical difficulties before our game master was able to get us and took us to the room about 20 minutes after start time - but we got our full hour. The screen for clues was out, we had to communicate through a walkie - which all in all, was fine. The experience started different from usual. He didn’t go over any rules to start like they do so someone pushed a sign that exit. Some of the other doors opened when they shouldn’t have - and no exit button was pushed for those! It was stifling with little air flow - don’t do this room in the dead of summer. The room was not thrilling or exciting, just disappointing. So when things stop working like they’re suppose to you lose the excitement and just kind of wait for it to be done? And we did finish. All this to say when he told us of the technical difficulties he offered us a chance to change the room, we declined because some of us really wanted to do the ChooChoo and we can deal with a walkie. I think if we had known there were other issues, we would’ve taken that option. Every person I interacted with was super pleasant and they all get 5 stars. They did credit me $34.99 for the inconvenience it appeared and I appreciate that. I’ve done other rooms with this company and enjoyed them, I just think this room had some issues that took away from...
Read moreWe’ve been to this location on two separate occasions. During our first visit, there was a puzzle that involved weighing objects that were filled with fluid, but one of the objects had leaked and it threw off the value of what the weight was supposed to be. During our second visit, we explained the issue and requested that they ensure that the room wa properly set-up. At the very beginning, we had to ask for a clue because we couldn’t locate a badge to open a door. We were told where it was supposed to be located, but it was not there. We wasted about 10 minutes looking for it only to find that a staff member slipped it under the door for us. Time was added, but it was still frustrating. It is evident that a lot of time and effort was put into building these game-rooms, but we haven’t had a positive experience either...
Read moreBrooklyn made the experience one to remember. The bunker single handedly saved my marriage. My wife and I have been in a down-spell for quite some time now, since we fostered a cat, Jeremy. My wife really didn’t want an animal in our house. We had been arguing about whether we will fully adopt Jeremy. But through the collaboration of me, my wife, and a couple of our friends; we have found our collaborative spirit and have rekindled our marriage. Just like how we desyphered Morse code in the bunker, there’s still much work to do on our marriage. Anyway Brooklyn was great! and to my wife, I love...
