I had the most fun I've had in a long time on this tour. For my moms birthday, I booked us onto the Holiday Lights tour. We had a wonderful time hearing about the history of Chattanooga, Coca Cola, various winter holidays, Christmas, and so much more! He presented all the information in a very natural way that didn't come across as rehearsed like some tour guides do and kept our interest the whole time. The route took us all over the city, and we loved seeing all of the lights! I didn't pay good enough attention and didn't realize it also came with a ticket to the lights display at the zoo and for personal reasons, Mom and I weren't able to do that, but we had an even more fantastic time just getting to sit and talk to them both. He was very knowledgeable, and they were both incredibly interesting and easy to listen to. The trolley itself was also lovely inside and out and very fun to ride in. 10/10 the best trolley tour I've ever been on, and I hope to get to visit and go on one of their other tours.

This trolly tour was AMAZING! Our guide told us so many stories of Chattanooga. The history of this town is complex and fascinating. I loved all the current revitalization projects that the city is doing. The wealth of interesting Chattanooga facts just kept coming. The story of a train being stolen 3 times made us laugh! The cemetery was very moving. Knowing the history of the graves in the circle really touched my heart. We will definitely walk the sculpture park at our next visit. We took note of the restaurant recommendations and afterwards we ate at Urban Stack. Loved it! It was cool sitting in the restaurant and knowing the history of the building. Our tour guide was very entertaining. The car museum was amazing! We loved it! If anyone us considering taking this tour, don't hesitate! It is very worth it and you won't be disappointed!

Cursed Land had bright spots but needs work. Craig shared up front he has only run this tour 2 times and is still learning timing. It still ran long with lots of bus time. The website led me to expect more history. Stops did not tie cleanly to the theme and most lacked context. No ghost apparition were discussed. Craig is kind and funny, and the ferret was a fun moment. Professionalism was the concern. His wife rode along, was on Facebook a lot, added random spiritual comments, and they seemed to argue about his driving. The tour group was our family with 2 kids under 18 including our 11 year old and another couple, and there were stories about prostitutes and hookers that felt inappropriate. Clearer timing, stronger history, age appropriate content, and no personal guests would improve this tour. Our family still had fun, good memories.
