One of the best experiences I have had dealing with a company. These guys know their stuff and do not just do mega projects. I had nice components, but a terrible shaped room for a 5.1 set-up. Fortech came to my house, calibrated my system and made it sound 100x better. They gave me suggestions on what I could do to make the system really stand out and I am so glad I went with their suggestions. They had a center channel built that attached to the tv and looked like it was part of the tv. This solved my issue of having no space for a center channel. They installed an automatic mount system that lowers the tv from above the fireplace to head level while sitting on the couch. This also placed all speakers in the optimal position for surround. They also incorporated 2 ceiling speakers to give me front atmos. They made the wiring look like i wanted it to look… perfect. Everyone that came to my house was friendly and professional. Everyone was great, including the owner who stopped by and helped with a few things. I can not speak highly enough of Jon, who came out and did the initial calibration and made the recommendations on everything. The biggest complement i can give is my wife was very happy with nothing showing or ruining the aesthetics of the room and the whole family loves the sound system and not having to look up to watch...

When I called him back a couple days ago, he remembered me. He knew I had an old heavy plasma TV, remembered living in the hotel, and that I’d moved from Nashville. He remembered the very little info I gave on the TV and scheduled service for just a couple days later. My theater was detached garage conversion, and Fortech connected me with a great general contractor who did the build, managed the subcontractors, and turned an ugly one car garage into an amazing seven seat theater. I wasn't sure how everything I wanted was going to fit in such a compact space, but the design and layout was perfect.

They handled all the "hard stuff", and I got to be involved with the "fun stuff". I worked with the designer (Jon) to choose all the theater equipment, and was able to use some equipment I purchased on my own. Every question, thought, and concern I had was addressed quickly and professionally.
