Initially I was very excited for my appointment, so much so that my friend and I made an appointment (with a $45 fee) and arranged our whole vacation/pto day around our appointment, meaning we woke up early to see attractions and be able to get to the store for our appointment on time. We arrived on time, as we got several reminders, however none of them mentioned that the permanent jewelry had relocated off site for our appointment time. When we got there we were told that there were no jewelry appointments available even though we had an appointment for several weeks and had paid $10 to park at this location. Since my friend is from out of state and we had already made plans for the next days we wouldn't be able to come back, we waited for the owner to return so we could do our appointment together. We went to a local restaurant and grabbed a drink, more additional costs we wouldn't have had if our appointment was honored. Basically, the owner gave us a $10 discount to apologize off of $300 order. She wasn't apologetic and acted as though her time was important and ours was not. To me, if you require your customers to make a commitment of a $45 appointment fee to ensure their reliability you should reciprocate the respect and be reliable as well. At the end it was still requested to give a generous tip which I did, so for thirty minutes of her time to make over $300 from me and use up my time like it was not valuable she gave me $10 discount for my parking, which i gave her back double in a tip. The jewelry is pretty but the owners attitude towards her customers importance was deeply hurtful and disappointing đ. How you treat people is more important than...
Read moreI had a confirmed appointment at 2:35 PM and showed up on time. I waited over 90 minutes in the shop without any communication, update, or apology from the staff. Eventually, I had to leave.
When I reached out afterward and politely asked for a small gesture like a complimentary permanent bracelet to make up for the experience, they refused.
I understand things happen, but not valuing a clientâs timeâespecially without communicationâis unacceptable. I was really looking forward to this appointment, but after this, I wonât be returning.

[Update in response to the shopâs reply] Thanks for responding, but I want to clarify a few things. I arrived on time and waited over 90 minutes without any clear updates about how long the delay would be. While someone briefly offered me a drink, there was no real communication about the wait or why it was happening. At no point did anyone check in with me about my time or offer a sincere apology.
I asked about a complimentary permanent bracelet as a goodwill gestureânot as a trade or retaliation. I was polite and respectful throughout, and your response here comes across as defensive and dismissive.
I was excited for this appointment and left feeling disrespected. I shared my honest experience so others can make...

I 100% recommend Eros Hat Co. if you are in search of something unique for yourself or a gift for that special someone in your life. I cannot wait to return with my auntie in a few weeks. I recommended Eros Hat Co. to a friend in Texas. She cannot wait to make a mail order purchase, based on my experience and the photos I shared. This is my second hat purchase. I rarely wear hats, because I did not have the confidence to rock a crown. Kim designed the perfect crown for me and every person who sees it cannot believe how beautiful it is and they ask, âwhere did you get that hat?â I am not an evangelist for Kimâs hat shop. She also specializes in permanent jewelry. They weld the jewelry around your wrist or ankle on premise. There are no limits to the creations you can make at Eros Hat Co. Check it out. You will be glad you did. Thanks, Kim. You encouraged me to...
