Agree with the user that posted about store making their own hours. I had been disappointed with the last few things I ordered and wanted to see and feel the items in person before purchasing again since the MM online return policy isn't very friendly. I only had one day in Chicago to finally go in person and at 2:30PM there was a tiny sticky note on the door saying closed for lunch. Waited around a good while and nothing. I was here in March of 2024 from out of town. It was a fantastic shopping experience. I came with my sister, and we had so much fun trying on the clothes. The styling advice was spot on, and I came home with a closet refresh. The other nice part is that I continue to get advice from the stylist at this store, who does a great job helping me find other pieces and advising me on styles. They will even create a look book based on your bought pieces to help you pull it all together. I love this brand, and their customer service...

I just had the most wonderful shopping experience with Isabelle! I've purchased this brand before and needed a new look for a work event. Not only did I find incredible, high quality items, but it was so much fun chatting with Isabelle, figuring out what I like on my body, and spending time in the actual store.
