I ordered a dog friendly boutonniere for my dog to wear to an event and I clearly stated this was for a dog and to use dog safe flowers for it. I picked up the corsage on Saturday, the day of the event, and an older man and a younger man were at the counter and I again confirmed with them that these flowers were dog safe and I was given my order. I took it home, and someone pointed out that the boutonniere contained baby’s breathe which is mildly toxic to dogs. I tried to remove it but the boutonnière fell apart as I took out the stems. I called the store during the next business day and told them about this issue and I was blamed for not knowing that baby’s breathe was toxic for dogs and how the flower shop can’t know what flowers are toxic for dogs. I was told that if my dog or another dog eats it, it won’t cause any issues. I looked it up and baby’s breathe causes GI upset. Just because my dog or others didn’t have the opportunity to eat it because I immediately threw it away doesn’t make this better. I paid money and was refused a refund, only a credit. I won’t buy from a shop that lies about their products being dog friendly. 3 different people assured me that my order would be dog friendly or was dog friendly, but it was all lies.

Well so much for a surprise anniversary gift from my fiance. We celebrated 10 years yesterday, and i feel awful for her. She apparently called twice now, the first time stating she needed non-toxic flowers for cats. The bouquet arrived and smelled and looked alright, but it contained several toxic flowers. She called and explained the situation and was served with a rather rude customer support person. They tried putting the blame on her. They told her to just give the flowers back to them tomorrow in the morning and they will fix the arrangement which, though late, is better than nothing. Fast forward to now, we received another bouquet with flowers such as persian buttercups that are toxic to cats. We have cats who are fairly interested in flowers and various plants alike, and we cannot risk their well being over a bouquet. Half the flowers and fillers (the toxic ones) are now in our trash and my fiance feels awful. Thanks La Salle flowers for a memorable 10 year anniversary..... I don't mind if you can't fulfill our request and simply say its not something you do. But don't lie for business. Pet owners beware.

Great flower shop that cares about their customers. This shop is run with integrity and will fix problems should you have it with your order no questions asked. I placed an order online and it got mixed up during fulfillment as anything can due to people making mistakes. I contacted the store and they proactively researched the issue and corrected it by sending a second bouquet at their discretion and without me asking. There’s a reason they have been in business and a chicago staple for so long. Thank you and I’ll be back. Attached are the pictures of the incorrect and correct flowers. The tall vase is what I ordered and the shorter setup is what was swapped in accidentally. Neither is bad they are just different.

I can't express enough how delighted I am with this flower shop. It has become my go-to place for all things floral, and every visit is a delightful experience.

First and foremost, the quality of their flowers is unparalleled. Each bloom is vibrant, fresh, and carefully selected. Whether it's a simple bouquet or an elaborate arrangement, their attention to detail shines through. The flowers have a longevity that's truly impressive, brightening up my space for days on end.

What sets this flower shop apart is their creativity. Their arrangements are not just a collection of flowers; they're works of art. The skilled florists here have an incredible ability to mix colors, shapes, and textures to create stunning and unique pieces. I've received countless compliments on the arrangements I've purchased from them.

The customer service is equally exceptional. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. They take the time to listen to my preferences and provide valuable suggestions, ensuring that I always leave with the perfect arrangement.

Moreover, the shop's atmosphere is charming and inviting. It's a place where you can take your time to explore the wide variety of flowers and accessories they offer. The decor is tasteful and adds to the overall experience.

They offer more than just flowers; their selection of plants, succulents, and gift items is diverse and always changing. It's the ideal place to find thoughtful gifts for any occasion.

Furthermore, the shop's pricing is reasonable, considering the exceptional quality and artistry of their arrangements. They offer options for every budget, making it accessible to everyone who wants to bring a touch of nature and beauty into their lives.

Delivery services are prompt and reliable, which is a great convenience for those special occasions when you can't make it to the shop in person.

In summary, this flower shop is a true treasure in the world of floristry. Whether you're looking to brighten your own space or surprise someone with a beautiful gift, they have it all. They've earned every one of these five stars, and I look forward to many more visits in the...

I’m only giving them a one star just because I placed an order within time for a funeral that I couldn’t attend because I live in Dallas Texas. so I thought it was a great idea to send a arrangement for the funeral that we couldn’t attend and the customer service person who took our order by phone. (We discussed details) and what we wanted to be written on the card, however, he did say that we were going to receive a Text message or email with a photo of our arrangement at the funeral home. I was so disappointed they did not send me a picture. They notified me on Monday that it was delivered on Sunday. I honestly think it was a slap on the face when I called to confirm it was delivered/like where is a picture that was never sent over. The lady apologize, but only offered me a 10% discount !! Again this was for a funeral. This doesn’t happen often, it’s not a holiday deal or anything like that. I was very disappointed because I read all the reviews and they sounded legit. How do you mess up ? especially when you’re clearly telling them the occasion. I feel like they didn’t have any sympathy for me at all whatsoever again this arrangement was probably $200 -225

Please do better because this really looks very tacky on my behalf. If I ask my family members if they received an...
