I would rather sell a thousand dollar gift card for this place for a dollar bill to a stranger then step foot in it again. I traveled over an hour to get there trying to buy my son football cleats and gear. Only to find out the majority of the shoes are online only. I ask the manager why and his answer was everybody shops online where I'm from in California..the fact that they had 30+ shoes on the shelf FOR DISPLAY ONLY and only a handful actually in store was acceptable to him. THIS ISN'T LA!! we drive to the store to shop. We don't have to worry about violence on the way to the store. That's why we choose to live HERE. Quit treating your small towns like major citys and take your high prices back...
Read moreMy dad and I were super excited when this store came to town. We do a lot of hiking and biking and we used to suggest this store to a lot of people for their camping section. Now they have a very minimal hiking section, only had one day pack to choose from. And the biking section used to be great and had a whole wall of helmets. Now there is only one tiny little section for helmets and the few bottle cages they did have none of them came with a bottle nor could you find a bottle at all. They helped me get it on my car, then I realized I had brought the wrong ratchet straps and they showed me the correct ones, helped me open the impossible-to-open packaging, and showed me how the straps worked.
