This restaurant reminds me of a place trying to be like Outback and failed miserably. From the start the food is awful. The French onion soup was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. I ordered a filet medium well and it came out bright red and bloody. My baked potato took a bath in the blood. I sent it back and the manager did bring me a steak back that was over cooked, like shoe leather. I asked for it medium well, light pink in the middle. I did not get it. Then the manager said that she would cover dessert but it wound up full price on the check. The steak that I was finally able to eat barely had any flavor. The baked potato was covered in salt and I couldn’t eat the outside of it. It was really disappointing. The only good part about this visit is that the manager tried to make it right. Unfortunately she fell short. As far as accessibility goes I was able to navigate the restaurant with my walker but they wanted to move it while we were eating. I don’t like doing that, I had placed it out of the way. The fact that they have rugs throughout made the floor less slippery which is a plus. The bathroom was a little tight but I could get my walker in the stall.

We stopped here for dinner before attending an event in the area. While seated immediately, it seemed to take a while until our server, Madi, came, but then the service was fine. The food started out well, with a nice loaf of warm bread. The salads were very good with ample dressing. The French Onion Soup was very tasty as well. I had the 12 oz ribeye, medium rare, and a side of mushrooms along with the loaded baked potato. The potato was perfect, but the mushrooms were dry. The steak, while cooked perfectly, was over seasoned for my taste and not a good cut of beef. Ruby had a half slab of ribs and French fries and complained that the fries tasted 'old' and the ribs had a dry, crusty section in spite of ample sauce. The atmosphere was nice and appeared clean. Since it wasn't that busy, the noise level was great.

Had dinner here on a Thursday night and sat at the bar. The place was not particularly busy and service was just ok. Ordered the 12 Oz Ribeye, the steak quality seemed good, but it was overcooked and over seasoned, (I ordered it medium, but what I got was just past medium-well). I had the asparagus on the side, which again were over seasoned, pretty much all I could taste was pepper. I also had the mushrooms added to the steak, which had good taste but I don't think the 6 caps were worth the additional $3.50. On the upside, all the ingredients seemed good quality, just got to cut back on all that seasoning.

Accessibility in this location is good but can improve by a couple of factors. Two ramps lead up to the main entrance (only entrance), allowing for those who utilize wheelchairs to get to the entrance, however, they are very steep ramps, which can be problematic. When getting on the ramp, however, there is a sidewalk you have to step on to access the ramp, which defeats the purpose. When you get to the entrance doors, there is no automatic button to open the doors, which can be changed. Not only is there one set of doors but there are two sets of doors you have to go through to get into the restaurant. When you walk through the first set of doors, there is a very small room with no seating to allow customers to wait if the line is long, but it is very small, so if someone was utilizing a wheelchair, they would take up the majority of the room, which can make customers feel like a burden! Not to mention, if there is someone who can only stand for a limited amount of time, they would have to sit on the one bench that is provided outside, which can be inconvenient, especially if the weather is cold or bad. When you get through the second set of doors (also not automatic), the check-in area is immediately to your left, which then forms a long line in front of the door, which is also inconvenient. I will say, they have a long bench that runs against the wall to allow customers to sit and wait, but due to the size of the restaurant, a long line still forms in front of the door and the bench fills up extremely fast. Once your family gets called to be seated, you have to go through a small entrance to get to the dining area, which is big enough to allow wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters through, but leaves no extraneous room. One last detail that can be highlighted is the extremely dark and low lighting which can be an issue for someone who has visual...

My first time here we called in early asking if we could make a reservation, we were told no and that there wasn’t a wait. We got there and there was a wait. No big deal we just sat at the bar until a table was open. The bartender was mad the whole time slamming dirty cups on the counter, slamming a fridge door, rolling his eyes, and reading the female employees very poorly. I witnessed him ripping a receipt out of her hand. When she asked us if someone had gotten us our drinks we didn’t even have time to answer her because he was mad that she was willing to do it for us. He was yelling at them for cleaning a table and was just being very rude to them. After we got our food my boyfriend was trying to tell him that something was wrong about his food and the waiter started touching it telling him it was right. After he was told not to touch our food he did it again. Obviously we weren’t very happy after that. (We still didn’t even have silverware yet). My boyfriend was pretty upset and was yelling about how he should never touch someone’s food. The waiter walked in the back and got the manger and the manger was no help at all. He took the waters side saying the waiter would never do that and that we had to leave. If we would have gotten one of the females as a waiter I believe the service would have been 100x better. The cooks made the food amazing. Only thing bad about this place is the service, the bartender, and manager we had!! Which will make someone never want to go back. This was my first time trying longhorns and the next time I go will definitely be at a...

Came here on a Sunday evening with a party of 3. Was told the wait would be approximately 25-30 minutes. We waited this long, and then some. There was MULTIPLE tables that had not been cleaned and tons of people waiting to sit down. We went up to the host stand and announced that we would be sitting at a table and would like to have someone clean it. We ended up sitting in the bar and the bar was a MESS. The poor girl working looked like she had been running around like a chicken with its head cut off, but the entire bar was covered in dirty dishes and left food, additionally the 2 "empty" tables (not clean) one of which we chose to sit at anyways. A little boy came over to clean our table and he did not know how. My boyfriend, who has been a busser, wiped our table down for him. Our appetizers were fine, they were hot. We requested an additional water because one had things floating in it. After our appetizers, we waited for another 40 minutes for our food to come out. The food was all COLD. The flavors were fine but it was all cold. When the waitress came to get our empty appetizer dishes, she sat them on the unoccupied dirty table which still has yet to be cleaned. We have been here for a total of 2 hours and the entire bar is still filthy, tables still sit dirty. After waiting another 15 minutes, we finally got a cheesecake to go. Needless to say, we do not recommend and will not be...
