ALDI — Local services in Chillicothe

I absolutely love love love Aldi dairy selections over any other stores!! Clean, huge selections and at a great price! Doing this review is now making me think about the goat cheese w honey I have in the fridge for a mid night snack with the large selection of multi grain crackers smear it on.. I've never been able to have my German heritage food selections so easily ready as like at Aldi also... Try their spetzle!! If you can't make it fresh, theirs in next best! Specifically.. you MUST try their havarti.. it is crazy good and best for price too. I'm a cheese nut and Aldi is my cheese-heaven! Check out their online specials! There is many times the online specials are BETTER than their printed ad deals and vary store to store . Sooo.. compare Chillicothe to Circleville to Cbus and follow the Deals.. but with that being said.. figure in cost of travel. Hint- If you see a marked down item, seek out the managers and ask if it is at lowest price.. you'll be surprised at additional discounts that MAYBE...

One of the cashiers here is very overbearing and tires to micromanage you while you're waiting for her to ring your groceries. I went in with my mother and while the cashier started ringing our items and putting them into the cart that was already there from the last person, my mother pushed our empty shopping cart through the checkout lane and started turning it around so that it would be out of my way, and easy for her to push it up to the register for the next person to use once I took ours. As soon as she started doing this, the cashier's eyes bugged out of her head and she yelled "MA'AM I'm going to need that cart"....yes, obviously, that's why she was putting it there for you. Then the cashier turned to me and instructed me like a school teacher "And now you're going to pull this cart out and your mom is going to push that one in." I'm 30 years old. You do not speak to adults like that. Very weird and unpleasant...

Love ALDI in general and this store is a another a good example, but needs the update seen in other stores. I generally shop at the Circleville store which received the latest update and it is a lot better to shop and browse in my opinion. As for this store, it is similar to other Aldi's I have been to in that the produce and vegetables are fresh and rarely past their prime. Their food selection does seem to have less variety compared to the Circleville store, which I find odd since this store is in a larger community, but maybe that is due to more shoppers buying from here and depleting stock. The seasonal / weekly special items are always fund to browse. Whether food or non-food, I am always happy with the quality. Staff works hard to get you checked out quickly and helps resolve any issues or...
