Baby Shoppe — Local services in Chino Hills

I contacted the store to see if they carried the sold out Nuna Mixx Next stroller in Caviar. They were also sold out but the lady, Jane, told me that she was getting a new color in and she liked it better than Caviar. I was hesitant because I had my heart set on Caviar. She ended up texting me a picture of it and it was a brand new color, Riveted, and Nuna doesn't even have it on their website yet. Jane was so responsive and helped me out via text while I was trying to decide if I wanted a different color. She told me that I could order online on their website and Nuna would send it directly to me in 3-5 business days. I was still hesitant because I have never seen the color before. Coincidentally, she was getting the floor model delivered the same day. She offered to take the stroller out to show me if I wanted to stop by.

When I got there, CiCi helped me out and she was also just as helpful and nice as Jane. I am so glad we found this store who offered personalized service and was not at all pushy. They were both very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Their prices are the same as the manufacturers too so they don't upcharge for being a small local shop. We ended up purchasing it in stores and they will be shipping it directly to my house...

Walked in, not even a hi welcome. She was helping other clients who were wanting to purchase a 900 stroller. I was planning to purchase some items, after not given us the time of day zero acknowledgement while inside, it wasnt until we left she said bye with a smirk on her face. I decided to head to Nordstrom in Brea Mall were I spend the same 900 that the other family was thinking of spend, plus the kind lady wrapped my items nicely and shipped certain items to my home. Called to see if they had a Nuna stroller. I was told "I think you have the wrong number, this is baby shoppe, you calling from to far away". I was damn near speechless. I have a 702 area code since 2002. All I can say is, I was driving though the area and wanted to surprise my wife with a $1200 stroller / car seat.
