Beacon Cheese Shop — Local services in City of Beacon

I shop here about once a week to treat myself to tasty nibbles….but at Thanksgiving I splurged on a cheese tray…and I have to say, it was one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time! Yes, it’s expensive, but the amount of enjoyment we got from it was worth every penny. I repeated the experience last week for a social event: same experience! Everyone ooh-ed and ahh-ed as I opened the tray, and then the tasting began, even by folks who said “oh no, I ate dinner before I arrived.” Ha! They were right in there with the rest of us because the selections were so tempting. Good to know: the size recommendation says a medium sized tray serves 6-8 (or is it 8-10?) but we had 20 people at our event last week and there was enough for everyone...
