I Love Frankenmuth — Local services in City of Frankenmuth

My family & I have been coming to Frankenmuth twice a year for the last 7-8 years. And this store is always one of my favs to stop in. They have a huge variety of clothes here.I buy a hoodies, t-shirts, shorts, etc. for myself, my dad, my mom, my daughter. Prices have always been reasonable for the hoodies. The hoodies that lay on the tables have always been $25-$30. Embroidered or not. That’s why I love this store.

However, we were here just a little bit ago & noticed the prices have double since we were here four months ago. So I went to the counter & asked the employees if they raised their prices because the hoodies have doubled in price? I said they are usually $25-$30. She said only the ones over to the left on a rack are that price. She then told my husband the embroidered hoodies are $46 & up. We then walked over to that rack & saw a few embroidered hoodies for $25-$27. (Mind you it was a very small rack!) However, I couldn’t purchase those ones since they were all girly colors & no size large. Because what I wanted was for my dad. So we caught her in a lie.

This is nothing more than price gouging. They are following suit to what everyone else is doing. I am not the only one who was walking in there looking at the prices & had disgusted looks on their faces. My family & I will no longer be shopping in there.

Little tip: make your prices reasonable & you’ll see more profit...

I bought a purple t shirt with a back print. After the first washing load, the print already broke and after the second time washing the color washed out. I wouldn’t recommend buying from there, the shirts have the worst quality.
