Horrible experience! I came in with my family to look around. I had several bags from purchases at other shops. Something I purchased at another shop did not have the security tag removed and it set off their alarm when I entered Woody's. The female employee comes walking up asking who set the alarm off, I said it must be me. She proceeded to grab my bags and go through my stuff without asking me for permission. The employee made me feel like a thief and had a major attitude. I had a receipt for all the things I purchased. Will never step foot in this place. My family and I visited Frankenmuth yesterday and stopped in to check out this store. My 14 year old son was talking to me about the swords just simply admiring them and merely pointed at one and accidentally touched one. The rude cashier was standing there watching us the whole time and asked if we needed help. I told her we were just looking then she asked if he was 18 and I said no. She then said he can't touch it or we could get fined. Seriously lady! You take your job way to Serious and need to chill. Its not like he physically pulled one out! Horrible treatment will never go back. My family & I were in the store 3-31-18. When we left the store the alarm went off. We all walked back in & back out thru door. The alarm didn't go off again. The clerk could clearly see that we had nothing but continued to accuse us of stealing. We left the store & she followed us out & confronted us in front of people outside the store. My wife & I both work for General Motors, we'll be sure to share our experience with the 1000+ employees we work with. No one should have to be embarrassed like that when they did nothing wrong.
