Zehnder's Gift Shop — Local services in City of Frankenmuth

Horrible staff at the gift shop 12/26/19 about 3pm. If you want to be downgraded and treated like trash come here. The 2 women behind the counter didn't seem to know what they where doing. I'm from DFW and haven't been treated like dirt since I was little. They both served and ignored my family even though I was standing in line. Even when it was my turn they both ignored me and helped the person behind me and around me. So sad. Even at the bakery we had issues. One cashier kept asking us to pay for our stuff animals. One was dirty and the other we purchased at a different store. The other cashier kept telling our cashier we don't sell that here. I finally told him I bought it across the street. I will never come back to this racist place. The food was horrible as well. For $110 including tip for a family of 4, Raising Cane's, Chick-fil-a, Chicken Express, Slim Chicken, Church's or Popeye's would have tasted a lot better...

We enjoyed a most lovely family weekend in Frankenmuth last January. The festive Christmas lights & atmosphere and dining at Zehnders our first night were just delightful. We enjoyed walking along the cobblestone streets and browsing through the Bavarian Inn & the old world shops. Bronner's Christmas store encompassed so many cultures & Christmas traditions. The beautiful re-created Austrian Chapel adjacent to Bronner's makes the true meaning of Christmas alive in our hearts. Christ is born!...
