The employees at this store are always friendly. Store is always clean and welll organized. Service is relatively quick. Although... I usually use the drive-thru. Today I figured I'd go inside, since the drive-thru doesn't have a full menu listed. Figured I might try something different that isn't on the drive-thru menu board. Low and behold... There isn't a full menu inside either! I can't understand why on earth a restaurant or coffee shop doesn't have a full menu with sizes and prices for all beverages that are available, plainly listed on their menu board. In fact, it actually states on the menu to download the Starbucks app for the full menu. Why? Why should people have to download and/or look up the Starbucks app to figure out what beverage they want to choose? Having to do so definitely makes the ordering process way more lengthy and unnecessarily more complicated than it needs to be. The menu on the app is separated into so many different categories that it's just frustrating to deal with. I just ended up getting the same old thing that I always get. Read moreI really wanted to enjoy my trips here. The food and coffee has always been good, but the service, not so much. I tried using the order ahead option on the app, and the first time I used it, they lost my order and had to recreate it at the pickup window. I'm trying to limit contact with money during the pandemic, so I gave it a second chance. They totally forgot about me at the drive through window, and asked me to pay when I pulled up. Then when they found my order and handed it to me, it was missing a cookie. At this point, I go inside the store since the drive through line is super long. When I tell the person behind the counter I just picked up an order but was missing a cookie, he responded with "We're out, that's what the sign is for" They did give me another item to replace the cookie, but I was blown away by the lack of good customer service. Read moreI normally enjoy going to Starbucks and using the mobile app to pre-order. This morning though, it did not go so smoothly. After waiting longer than the prep which was (4-8) mins my order was still not ready. I asked the barista and she rudely asked me what my name was told me she would have to look for it.... hmm ok!?! Well she never looked for my order and continued to make other orders. I watched the ten people that came in after me receive their drinks and leave while I'm still waiting for my pre-order. I now go to the register to ask the other barista if my order was ever going to be made. He again asked my name, shuffled thru 25 receipts to find my order and it was finally made. I will NOT return to this location. Not to mention the last few times I have had to go back to this location for forgetting vanilla in my Blonde...
