A MUST FOR PROM AND FORMAL WEAR!

From the Moment we walked in we felt welcomed by New Owner Jasmine! She explained that they could try on 4 dresses per turn and let us 4 just look around. Both of the girls wanted to try on the dresses each mannequin had on and she obliged sweetly and quickly! The atmosphere was relaxing, classy and well lit! Beautiful space with some chandeliers and spacious dressing rooms. Two stage areas with mirrors for the girls to see themselves beautifully! She keeps a log of the dresses purchased and the school prom near and far. We came in from Syracuse and Rochester.

Her selection of dresses were gorgeous and the girls found their dresses. The first ones they tried on! Jasmine helped take pictures and a video for each girl all the while being incredibly gracious and kind.

It’s completely worth the drive! She is also open on Sundays which is a huge bonus! She has some Mother of the Bride dresses as well and those were elegant and different.

If your daughter wants a wonderful, comfortable and fun experience, this is your store! Don’t go by the google pics of the store. She has completely redone it and elevated it to a classic and elegant...

Went prom dress shopping here, we tried on a few dresses and just felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. the customer service with trying on the dresses was alright but you can definitely sense the attitude from the employees, after a few dresses all we wanted to do was leave. some of the dresses were pretty but the fact that we felt unwelcome with the customer service, all we wanted to do was get out of there. we tried on a few dresses and im not sure if they wanted us to buy one of the ones we tried on. they had a conversation with eachother asking if we found a dress we liked instead of asking us which was kind of weird to us. In my opinion, prom dress shopping takes time and it’s impossible to find the perfect dress without having to look at a few other options. I dont think we’ll be back here for another prom. i hope more people had a better experience w the customer service than us. Absolutely Wonderful Experience – Highly Recommend!

We live about an hour away from Rockabella, and after striking out at several other places, we made the trip hoping to find the perfect prom dress. Right away, we knew this store was something special. My daughter, who is a senior, tried on a few dresses—and then found the one. She couldn’t stop thinking about it.

We decided to take a week or two to make sure it was really the dress, and when she was certain, we contacted the store to purchase it over the phone. The customer service from that point on was absolutely amazing. The communication was clear and prompt—truly above and beyond. I received texts with updates and quick responses to any questions I had. The dress shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition.
