How was our experience? It was terrible, the owner watched my sisters and I on the sidewalk from her stoop with her friends. From there she decided we weren't worthy of entering her store. She yelled down to us and asked us if we were looking for the yellow boutique. When we said no, she told us that she didn't have what we were looking for and to move on. The way she judged us and spoke to us left a very bad taste in our mouths. Our shopping trip for 3 brides was off to a bad start. Thankfully it didn't stay that way for long. Everyone else we ran into was lovely, welcoming and helpful. Especially Del at Saratoga Closet where we found exactly what we were looking for and had an amazing experience.
