Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in City of Syracuse

I went in to shop for my girlfriend Thursday Oct 16 th around noon there clearly was alot of workers 3 in the front and at least two more that I saw so probably at least 6 total maybe more , I went in to get some very sexy perfume for my girlfriend for her birthday, nobody came to check on me and at least try and encourage a gift set or anything, and then when I went to check out nobody came to the front to cash me out for a min despite there being many people working, I get im a guy that's in there but I'd think that would be even more of a reason to interact more with me so that I can get a ladies perspective on certain perfumes , idk just wasn't a great experience for me personally. maybe because im covered in tattoos and I dont look like im driving a Bentley that doesn't mean I dont got money to spend, so I dont understand why there was a lack of effort if any at all , some people just dont want to work. Myself being blue collar who works in the Healthcare field i love to work and im always the first to try and help someone from all walks of life you never know I may be the one taking care of you or your loved ones. Bottom line dont judge a book by a cover and be helpful and outgoing. If I had gotten a good experience I clearly took time to write a negative review I Definitely would have wrote a positive review and gave that employee a shout out. But no one seemed to want to help at all and honestly this was a very sad excuse to even call customer service. We'll see what happens next time . If it's a better experience ill update this review if not you will get another negative...

Went into this place today and I had a very nice girl helping me and then when I went to try on several different bras I had one lady enter the room and tell me if I needed any help to let her know knowing that the lady would never come back to me I'm in there for over 20 minutes trying on bras talking literally Out Loud by myself because I can I get on the bras as I'm getting ready to leave I noticed the doorbell now when my other friend went in there she told her if she needed any help so let her know push the doorbell would have been nice to know that as I told her I was having a hard time seeing because of my glasses this is like the second time that I've been in the store and I've had problems where nobody can come in and check on you and if I'm going to be spending a certain amount of money on a specific bra would like it to fit just perfectly I just cannot stand it I believe the ladies name might have been Laura not even sure just left the place because not a darn person is listening to you I probably will never come back to this place again so. I also get better treatment online than I do...

They canceled my order (Instore pickup) and wouldn’t let me repurchase because of the price difference from online ordering and in store. I reordered later in the day anyways, so instead of explaining why my order was canceled for items that I currently see in this location, she assumed I ordered from PINK. And had the incorrect store all together before I could even find my confirmation email. whoever was the floor leader on Tuesday (10/15/24) needs to be replaced/ reprimanded immediately (2-8pm). Instead of helping the customers her and the staff chat amongst themselves about new hires in a bullying manner making the environment hostile for shoppers.
