There was an older woman working the day that we painted and she was extremely rude the whole time we were there. She acted like she didn’t want us to be there and like we were bothering her and it made the experience uncomfortable. We came back a week later to pick up the pottery we made and the same woman was working and again she was super rude the whole time and could not find one of the items we painted and had a very not my problem attitude about the situation. She never once apologized for losing the item and said the only thing she could do was call us if she finds it, which is ridiculous since we already payed for the item for if she can’t find it a refund should be provided since I’m not sure if i will be comfortable painting there again if an employee wants to be rude every time i’m there and...

Ok, so this review is under my husband’s name 😄, but I really enjoy going to Earth and Fire! The owner is amazingly sweet and helpful! I’ve glazed lots of pieces of pottery, & I LOVE how they all turn out “unique” after being fired in the kiln. Also, if you’re like me and don’t have a lot of “artistic” ability- try GLAZING!!! It’s a blast! It’s easy, fun, & you will never have two pieces alike! I absolutely LOVE it and it relaxes me. You don’t have to stress about it being so perfect! If you want something to do then this is the place! There is something for everyone from 2 to 92! This is a paint your own pottery studio. There are so many paint colors to choose from for your special item! If you don’t have time to paint while in the studio, you can get “pottery to go”, just choose your pottery and colors and take them home to paint!
