I've supported this independent small chain during my 6 years residing nearby. Each vist felt like an audition for acceptance. 2 employees were at the counter when I walked in today. I locked eyes with one who did not greet me. This time, I didn't speak first as always. Silence. I walk to shop and passed an employee sitting on the floor working. Silence. I spent 10+ min. looking for needed items. MTC oil was 2x higher than my resent purchase elsewhere. To support them I looked for Chlorophyll to no avail. Meanwhile, I'm hearing hello to numerous customers entering the store. Most didn't reply back. An employee peeked around the corner at me without speaking. Being ignored while everyone else received greetings and offended assistance was the last straw. I've managed multiple nutritional/health food stores in the USA and Canada for 20 years. It's a tiny paradise for hippy folk....lol. I love having one stop for organics and vitamins. They've got a little of everything here. Gluten free, vegan, organic, non gmo, canned goods, dry good, vitamins, incense, chocolate, teas, and so much more. Local produce and meats. Homemade hot soups. I can not believe the incompetence of the person they let answer the phone. I called to ask if they stock Nicotinamide (a B-3 Vitamin). They said “Probably, but if not we can order it”. I asked “how do I know if you have it”? They stalled and finally said they would check. They came back to the phone and said they did not have it, but could probably order it.
