I would try to make a long story as short as possible but I really don’t think I can put my appreciation into such a small post. If you asked me if I would recommend this jeweler I absolutely %1000 would! These people are some of the most personable, kind and caring store owners I have ever came across. So, I inherited a vintage 50 year old ring from my grandmother after she passed. It was an extremely worn, well loved ring she never took off of her finger that just looked like it had seen better years but none the less these 2 incredible people where able to take my ring, correctly identify the stone and restore my heirloom back to it’s former glory. Let me just tell you guys I’m in tears it’s so beautiful. I gave them my irreplaceable jewelry that looked like a beat piece of scrap metal and they cleaned it up and treated it with respect. The turn around time from when I gave them my ring to when I got it back was was quick and the price was very reasonable even tho you couldn’t put a price on the type of dignity and care my ring received. I was extremely nervous at the idea of giving such a meaningful piece of my life to total strangers but I promise you it was a leap of faith that was well worth it and the craftsmanship is top tire quality I’m so thankful that this place was recommended to me to begin with because they gave me back a piece of my grandmother that is as beautiful as it was before. Julie went above and beyond in sourcing the perfect Opal stone for my engagement ring. She gave me many options and I never felt rushed or pressured to make my selection. Les then crafted my one-of-kind, custom designed ring to the highest of standards. They were even able to deliver earlier than expected and it made for the most pleasant of surprises! Julie is so kind and warm and she will make you feel at ease, whether you’re browsing in the shop or doing business by phone. This flexible approach to doing business has been invaluable for me as I live a couple of hours away. Kinkade is a gorgeous establishment owned and operated by the most wonderful, kindhearted couple - Les and Julie. My son got a fidget ring stuck on his finger, one that 2 hospitals over the course of 12hrs could not remove. Les came in after hours and gently worked to saw through the ring over the course of an hour. He explained everything he was doing as he went, demonstrating tools and methods, and not once lapsed in his patience. The hospitals were talking about having to surgically remove this ring, but Kinkade Jewelers was able to remove it without a single mark on my son's skin; I truly cannot thank them enough. My family have been customers of Kinkade for several years now, and on top of their beautiful hearts, they're phenomenally talented.
