Tonight was the first time we have tried Spaghetti Junction, since way before when it was Spaghetti Shop, I can say we will not be back. It was a bad experience from the get go. I called around 7:30 to place a carry out order. I pressed 1 to place the order and it rang so much it went back to the greeting. Pressed 1 again. Again, back to the greeting. Did this 4 more times then finally pressed 2 to speak to a manager. Again, no answer, back to the greeting. Pressed 2 again. Pressed 2, 3 more times. Again, back to the greeting. I hang up and call back. Tried 1 again and no answer so I press 2 and someone answers but immediately hangs up. I immediately call back and press 2. I finally get a person on the other end and I explained to her that I had been trying to place a carry out order for quite some time and I needed someone whom was able to take my order. This lady flatly asks me what I want to order so I told her: “The family meal of spaghetti with meat sauce. A meatball sub, toasted, a loaf of garlic bread and a piece of cannoli cake.” She asks for a name & phone number and said it would be 10 minutes and I would receive a text when it was ready. A few minutes later, I received the text stating it was ready. My husband went to pick up the food and still had to wait for someone to assist him. He finally gets our food and brings it home. The garlic bread was not cooked all of the way and the spaghetti had so much pepper on it, I couldn’t eat it. Tomorrow is my birthday and my family decided to eat out to celebrate and I just wanted pasta. My favorite Italian restaurant had closed and I remembered eating at the Spaghetti Shop as a kid and it was delicious. How can you mess up spaghetti?! This is definitely not the Spaghetti Shop by far. I was starving when my husband got back with the food and I couldn’t wait to get something on my stomach. I was so very disappointed the spaghetti had so much pepper in it that pepper was all you could taste. It made me so sick at my stomach. My kids will eat anything and even they wouldn’t eat the spaghetti. $40 for dinner wasted. It was the worst birthday dinner ever. I couldn’t call and speak to the manager about having our dinner remade because they had closed, but I assume they pre-make everything as the spaghetti noodles on top of the sauce was super hard. I hope whomever owns or manages this restaurant see this review and does something about the quality of the food, or they won’t last. We need more Italian restaurants around here, that are family friendly. I truly hope they turn it around and are able to stay in business. I don’t foresee my family going back, but maybe others will want to try it out and I hope when they do, they do not have an experience like mine. We work too hard for our money and we have 5 children at home. We eat out on special occasions as it gets very pricey to feed our family. There’s nothing worse than wasting money on food we can’t eat, then having to unexpectedly find something to cook my family at 8:30 at night, when my little ones should be brushing their teeth and laying down to read a book. It seems like the service and food are hit or miss with this restaurant. Many reviews with complaints about service or food quality or both. For those that liked it, seems like it was a rare occurrence. I hope the owner takes responsibility, as it is the owner responsible for the food and staff, no matter what. Please take ownership for the mistakes and correct them, do not make excuses. Excuses will only cost you customers, and that my friend, you cannot afford to lose.

There are many different types of Spaghetti/ Italian restaurants. Some are fancy, the perfect place to impress your crush on the first date. Some cater to broad tastes - spaghetti is just one of many Italian foods on the menu. Some have unique atmosphere and make you feel like you are in Rome itself. Spaghetti Junction isn’t fancy, doesn’t tour Italy’s cuisine, and isn’t going for unique atmosphere. What it does do is provide good pasta and a small selection of other dishes at a very reasonable rate for a fast meal. In this it excels and beats expectations. Patrons should expect a fast food feel when entering the restaurant. The dine-in area is well spread out including tables and booths with a self serve drink station. Selections are ordered at the counter and the staff generally are pleasant and helpful. A patron’s name / number is typically called out when their order is ready at the window. Recommend the Pizza Bread for the kids and Spaghetti & Meatballs for hungry adults. Their garlic bread also a crowd favorite. Ask for refills when it runs out. Bottom line, the food is good hits the spot.

this is a descent place, heard the lunch deals were good, happened to be in the area Friday evening, so opted to eat there, once inside found a line to order and pay, menu on board on wall behind counter was confusing at first, pretty much we found the pasta dishes for around $9 each with a free water from soda machine, this is a descent place and looks kid friendly, pepsi products, no pizza here, didn’t have to wait too long for worker to call my name to come get my dine in order, ate at one of the pub tables, trash cans filled up, place appeared okay clean, food quality was better than frazoli’s, if i do go again it will be for lunch. They use paper plates, paper towels and disposable forks & knives. they have booths, tables and pub tables.

Complaint regarding disrespectful behavior and poor service

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the appalling behavior and poor service my family and I experienced at your establishment, Spaghetti Junctions, on [date] during our recent visit. The incident has left us feeling deeply offended and disrespected, and it is imperative that you address this matter with utmost urgency.

Upon entering Spaghetti Junctions, we expected to have a pleasant dining experience with our family. However, the behavior displayed by your employees was far from what one would consider professional or appropriate in any hospitality setting.

To begin with, as we approached the counter to place our order, the employee attending to us seemed visibly annoyed by the gentleman ahead of us who was taking his time to decide what he wanted. Instead of demonstrating patience and understanding, the employee's attitude projected clear frustration and impatience. This behavior was disheartening, as we, too, required some time to review the menu and make informed choices.

Furthermore, when my father politely requested a cup because one of my little brothers accidentally spilled his drink and needed a replacement, an employee responded in an abrupt and rude manner, stating, "We're closing right now, and I'm not going to give you a cup." Such a response was not only unnecessary but also exemplified a complete lack of basic customer service skills and empathy.

Adding to our dismay, another employee, in a disrespectful tone, chimed in, stating, "She's not being rude; you're being rude." This remark only served to exacerbate an already distressing situation, and it was a blatant display of unprofessional behavior. It is disheartening to witness such behavior from your employees, who are entrusted with the responsibility of representing your establishment and providing a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Regrettably, the poor service did not end there. Upon receiving our food, we discovered water in the bottom of our pasta dishes, which clearly indicated a lack of attention to detail and quality control in the kitchen. Additionally, when we politely requested more Parmesan cheese, the employees appeared irritated and treated our request as an inconvenience rather than fulfilling it with the expected courtesy.

As paying customers, we have the right to be treated with respect and courtesy throughout our dining experience. The conduct we encountered at Spaghetti Junctions was not only offensive but also deeply troubling. It is the duty of the management to ensure that customers are treated with professionalism and that their dining experience is enjoyable and satisfactory.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter. It is imperative that you conduct a thorough investigation into the incident and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance customer service skills and emphasize the importance of respectful behavior. Moreover, it is essential that you reinforce the significance of maintaining high standards of food quality and promptness in fulfilling customer requests.

Furthermore, I would appreciate a written apology from your management team, specifically addressing the incident and assuring us that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. It is our hope that this experience serves as a catalyst for positive change, and that you will work diligently to ensure that no other customer has to endure such disrespectful treatment and subpar service.

I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. We believe in giving businesses an opportunity to rectify their mistakes, and we would like to continue patronizing your establishment if these concerns are adequately addressed.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary actions to rectify the situation and restore our faith in your...

Dear Manageme, My family and I recently dined at your restaurant for the first time, and I wanted to share our experience with you. While we appreciated the complimentary cookie we received for signing up for the loyalty program, our overall impression was unfortunately quite disappointing.

The main concerns revolved around the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the establishment. I ordered the lasagna, and my children had the spaghetti, which was supposed to come with a butter sauce. Regrettably, the lasagna was far from satisfactory—lacking in flavor and texture. Moreover, the plain spaghetti with butter had no discernible butter, and the garlic bread accompanying our meals was not toasted as expected.

In addition to the culinary shortcomings, we observed cleanliness issues within the restaurant. The walls near our seating area were noticeably dirty, and there was a need for cleaning, particularly near the windows. This aspect of our dining experience contributed to an overall sense of discomfort.

Another point worth mentioning is that when we approached the counter to place our order, we were not greeted in a welcoming manner. The staff member simply instructed us to let her know when we were ready to order, which felt impersonal and did not contribute positively to our experience.

I understand that running a restaurant involves various challenges, and feedback is crucial for improvement. I believe addressing these issues could significantly enhance the overall dining experience for your patrons. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention, not as a complaint, but as constructive feedback with the hope that you can consider making improvements.

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. We appreciate your commitment to providing a positive dining experience and look forward to the possibility of returning to your establishment under improved...
