7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Clarksville

I just want to start off by saying I was not pleased with my experience this morning at 9:45 AM. The whole reason for coming this morning was for the free 7brew football with the purchase of 2 medium drinks. Was told by the lady taking the orders who was rather rude this morning and said that they was not participating because of swag day yesterday. So I pulled up to pay and they told me I could have the football if I bought another drink. So I did. While waiting for our drinks the “Manager” came out and was extremely rude and very unprofessional and pretty much said it was okay that the employees did not know what they was promoting and that it was okay that the employees was rude because they are a new store.. saddest excuse EVER did not get the name of the manager he wouldn’t tell me his name he was a tall skinny guy . I would like a follow up from this...

I’ve given this place 4xs to change my initial sub par first experience. My most recent 10-5–25 visit was the same. Pulled in and there were 2 other vehicles that had already ordered in front of me. I sat in line 1 (closest to the building) for 15 minutes waiting for another driver to receive one drink. The other line had 7 cars go through in the same time frame. The driver in front of me and myself both received our drinks before ever driving forward only to pull up and the person in front of me had the wrong drink so I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to remake a drink for him (another two vehicles went through). His first drink looked like a 7brew energy with blue raspberry. The one remade was grape from the looks of it. Across 5 states I’ve been to 7brew and this one is by far the one that needs the most help with...

1st time coming here & I got the Blondie because I have heard many people talk about it and it was really good. I usually go to Dutch bros and get a Golden eagle which has a stronger taste to it than the Blondie here but I like that it had a less strong taste here. It has a sweetness to it too. I highly recommend trying it. I was very satisfied with my choice and want to try other drinks when I come back next time. 👍 service was nice and the workers were very kind and gave advice on their favorite drinks. Drive thru was long but really fast! Prices were fair. I see why they are busy all...
