I thought I would stop in to my local Qdoba to get something to eat around 8 pm, two hours before closing. What I found was the grill already broken down and the hot board in disarray. The queso had already started crusting over and plastic portion cups parts (cups and lids) in the peppers and onions. Against my better judgment I went ahead and ordered a chicken burrito. Chicken, black beans, onions and peppers, queso, pico, and sour cream. While assembling my burrito, the lady with the braids, despite wearing gloves, put her fingers in her hair several times to scratch her scalp or adjust her braids. The lady who actually finished my burrito was sloppy with the sour cream, and struggled with rolling the burrito. While my order was to-go, it was cold to the touch (I won't exaggerate and say ice cold) by the time I drove about five minutes to get home. I work in food service, and understand the difficulties of serving the customer while also trying to pre-close and clean so the store isn't wasting labor hours and the employees can get home to their families... but we're talking two hours before close. In any event, although everyone was friendly, I won't be eating at this particular Qdoba again. While some locations are less convenient on my commute home from work, I think the cleanliness and hot food is just a bit more important to me.

My boyfriend and I mostly get the basic chicken quesadilla with shredded white cheese! And to top it off, we get a side of chips and queso! The quesadilla dipped in the queso has to be the best over all! I've never been disappointed with the service! We have always gotten through the line in a timely manner even at its busiest time! It's our meal before going to the theater next door at the Regal Cenimas.

It’s extremely sad that now Togo or online orders are a priority over those patiently waiting in line! If this is the new normal why not close the store to walk in customers and only support the online and Togo orders since obviously us waiting in line are not the your concern and sad even the employees say we can leave if we don’t want to wait! Seriously

Update: Doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Went today at 11:45. They didn’t have any of the new shrimp as advertised, no fajita vegetables, and no guacamole. The workers said they “didn’t have time to make anything yet.” Great, guess that means the meat they were serving was old since they didn’t even have their grill or tortilla warmer on yet. Online says they open at 10:30 but they didn’t actually open until 11. Sorry but you should be able to serve food on your menu 45 minutes after you open.

I am not sure what is going on with this place but it has to be the most poorly managed Qdoba I’ve ever been too. My husband just came home with our dinner from there and said he’s never going back and he’s the most kind, laid back person I’ve ever met so that says something. FOUR times now we’ve either ordered curbside or pick up and showed up at the time we were quoted only to learn that the order had not been started. The curbside process is a joke. The staff completely ignore the text that you have arrived for your order. One time I called and they told me they had a bunch of orders ahead of me and “it was going to be a while.” No apologies. I had my toddler in the car and I had already given them 20 min past my quoted time before I texted them (learned from past experiences). The girl who brought me my food just shoved it through my window without a word. The staff members are not friendly in general in my opinion. I would love to actually see a manager or owner at that location working side by side with...

We went on a Thursday about 5:00, there were only a couple of people in front of us but we had to wait over 20 minutes because they were doing so many carry out orders. When we finally made it up next I saw their food prep station was really gross and messy. The girl making our food kept running to the back she made another order in the middle of taking ours, after having made 3 other orders ahead of ours after the last person. The cheese she scooped onto my nachos was crusty and covered in rice and beans she’d been dropping in it all day. She was very aggressive and slinging things around. There was another guy doing something in the back and someone just doing the register. Once we finally checked out, I had to ask for a rag to wipe a table off for us to sit at all of them were covered in trash and food. The fancy drink machine was out of most flavors. There were no straws and the lids were flung all over the counter. While we were eating a worker came in with his hood up and was napping at a table next to us, his work hat next to him, but the line was only getting longer. We also noticed dust everywhere, on the hand sanitizer and the vents above the food station. This will be my last time visiting this location, it was an extremely unprofessional environment for a restaurant. They are lucky the health department didn’t...
