If I had to give this a -0 I would definitely never come here ever again This was the most horrible experience ever in my life I just want to start off saying Ashley was very disrespectful and Was very unpleasant I will definitely not not recommend anyone stepping a foot onto tthis jet skis at all horrible personality not to mention Power tripping on her managing position.. when I had called up a few weeks ago I had booked jet skis and I had spoke to a guy over the phone when I spoke to the guy he had told me that only one person hast to take the test to ride it the JetSki and the guy over the phone told me but if my fiancĆ© Took the test and I didnāt I still can drive the JetSki I had called up today and spoke to somebody named Andrew I had originally made reservations for Wednesday but I went Tuesday instead because it was going to thunder when I was on the phone I spoke to Ashley and I asked her do we both have to take the test and she said yes so Obviously nobody there is on the same page and me and my fiancĆ© were arguing about the fact that we both need it or only one she has the audacity to cancel the reservation the reservation on my birthday and didnāt even call me up and tell me at all we arrive we arrive there for heart for Skyler who is very rude didnāt even want to look at us in the eyes because he was waiting for Ashley to come take the floor and the first thing she said was I canceled the reservation your reservation due to Arguing on the phone with me and my fiancĆ© which had nothing to do with her at all but at the same it was them not giving us the right information times that we call her the three times that we called them we got all different answers and the way she spoke to us was beyond disrespectful and very rude as we walked away we saw an older couple they came up to us and also told us that They had an encounter with Ashley as well and that she was very rude to them I would definitely not recommend this place at all they are all rude and disrespectful And you Do not know how to treat people here that are on tourist and have fun on their...

With all due respect, You guys ruined my weekend and charged 100$ for the Experience(rude manager). I have been nothing but respectful and have everything ready except I was 7 minutes late to the reporting time not the travel time. (5:07pm for 5:30 ride and have everything ready). Which happened due to parking delay and traffic, i have to travel 90 minutes, which is three hours to and fro and if you count yesterday its 6 hours of travel(for which 50$ and 50$ for cancellation). Not considerate of customer, and no courtesy. Dont even listen to what I have to say. The lady employee or manager was nothing but rude to begin the conversation.
When I asked some of the questions all I got was i dont need to answer and rude behavior.
These are the questions I asked:
Is this the last ride(for 90 min tour which she acknowledged as it is) then why cant I be allowed as I donāt see anybody. No answer. I don't see any other people for tour where are they? No answer. Asked just to see if I can finish the paper work as I am not laghing behind anybody. Considering it is a group tour. You can cut down my ride if need be if this is only a tour for one person. No answer Is the tour really done by you or h2o I see h2o lined their people for waiver for 5:30 now. They are still in line doing their waivers. No answer I called multiple times all I got was please be on hold and waited 10 mins and 15mins with no response. No answer. I can finish the waiver documents soon and have done the tour with h2o multiple times. If this is the last ride considering 7pm close for 90 min tour what is the concern. No answer

Waiting patiently and disregarded for over 30 minutes. We were spoken to and told "don't worry, we'll get you out there on the water". Then we we had to give out credit cards to be held and then given multiple documents to sign, which were the last steps to getting on the jetskis. After we helped and instructed the guy where the iPad he was looking for was in his workspace, he then told us that we would "have to sacrifice". This meaning that one of us, who paid, would not have the chance or opportunity to ride a jet ski that we made reservations for ahead of time and studied and paid for a temporary boaters certification for. Then upon asking why we had to "sacrifice", the guy at the counter said we were locals and apparently not a priority as the random tourists who were not even making reservations. He started that we "could always come back and ride". This is unacceptable and unprofessional on the entire business, since reservations were made and we were specifically there for my uncle's birthday, which they knew. I don't understand how you could tell your customers to "sacrifice" something they paid money for. It's clearly on the business for being unorganized and not taking notice on their own inventory per reservation.
