I have never written a review in my life. Today was one of my worst, days to-date. Please do not go here or make the same mistake I did.

I am in Clearwater for a wedding and needed my nails done. To me, someone who isn’t picky or high maintenance about a last min need, I’ll go to a local salon. I thought while there is have my eye brows waxed or groomed. I’ve never been somewhere that I needed to explain that an eye brow wax is not you, the non expert entitled personel, reshaping and ripping off my entire eye brow. This lady mutilated me. I told her before hand I just wanted a clean up and nothing more. She completely pulled all the hair from my face leaving a pencil thin line of hair. So thin I don’t even have a brow line to go off of for shape anymore. I freaked out after the first pull because I felt so much hair being ripped off and she told me I was just being “sensitive” or have sensitive skin. What? Several times I said “you’re not shaping them right?” I have great brows and have worked very hard for them. I kept trying to get up and be done bc she kept coming at me with tweezers. She kept telling me to stop and relax. I should have been more assertive but lesson learned. When she handed me the mirror I immediately started shaking and was mortified I’m not a confrontational person but I told her she literally really ruined my eyebrows and was so upset. Holding back tears. She argued with me when there wasn’t an argument to have and was talking over me (literally yelling) trying to convince me it was what I needed and right. I just wanted to get out of there so I walked quickly to the front to pay and leave, not even trying to get anything for free. To top it all off, the lady who did my nails and checked me out (everyone in the salon clearly knew there was an issue and some terrible unhappiness with service) had the audacity to say “you’re not even going to tip me?” And charged me for all services. I couldn’t imagine a worse ran business in my life. My eye brows will take a year if not more to grow back and lesson learned but please, do not go here. They were so comfortable with my mortified feelings, discomfort, and unhappiness, I can’t help but to feel it’s an every day thing in...

I have to agree with Chris M. I am from Texas. I showed her my nails and ask her to replicate them. I have had my nails for a month since fill- still lots of compliments. And a month prior, brand new. They gave me a new set. Only one layer of shellac- weak. With my last Nails, I was gardening, I was scrubbing, I was doing everything with these nails with bling bling on them and no problems. The diamonds they had were very small and she only wanted to give me one. I previously had three big diamonds across the top as with a French tip. They couldn't replicate but didn't tell me till after they took off my nails. It is OK, not the best. So take care of your nails because they're not meant to last long here. They expect you back in a week. Meanwhile for all my bling bling, I paid $50 for 7 diamonds the first time and the $35 fill for three diamonds the second time. They are very unprofessional. I went there to fix one broken nail. I notice they Didnt have the same color so I decide to redo all. I like light colors. The lady kept trying to decide color for me. I believe she didn’t have the right color. Prices are not hanging in there and I feel the prices are decided at the minute services are done. She charge me $38 dollars to do gel refil . The Color she applied was terrible. Too dark for my taste. Nails were curved and she didn’t fix it. She didn’t respect my neutral color choices. After job was done she notice how terrible it was and propose change color for me. But I couldn’t wait longer. Next day. Same nail broke again. I come back to fix and have to wait because she was busy and nobody else knows how to do it ( I think she doesn’t know either). After 20 min waiting she fix it. They couldn’t find color to match.
