I have only begun trying bourbons fairly recently. I believe I’ve tried 12 so far, and it is fair to say that bourbon has quickly become my drink of choice. So, my wife surprised me with a tour of Cleveland Whiskey’s facility for my birthday, and some friends accompanied us.
The CEO and Founder, Tom Lix, gave the tour that day. Everyone had a wonderful time. We highly recommend it to anyone living in, or visiting, the greater Cleveland area. It was intriguing to hear Cleveland Whiskey’s story and to learn the basics of their industry shaking process. They make no pretense of traditionalism regarding their methods of production or their creative flavors, and that is okay.

Highly recommend for locals and...
