One star is a lot for them. They try the friendly guy version first, until they sell you a burnt vape and they don’t even wanna try it to see if it actually is burnt and you tell them respectfully and they don’t wanna help you and don’t care. I just bought a vape because the guy in the front recommended it and i haven’t even walked out the store, i open it and it’s burnt and doesn’t taste like anything. I go and tell the guy in the front “Is there anything you could do, this really tastes burnt and has no flavor” he said he was gonna try it to see if i was right and then out of nowhere what looked like the owner said something and then they decided not to help me or do anything for the burnt vape they just sold me less than a minute ago. You could definitely say they scammed me. Worst smoke shop experience ever. Yes of course my girl didn’t like it because it was burnt and had no flavor y’all just didn’t have the courage to trust what a customer was telling you because of yalls egos, plus your employee was gonna try it until the boss said something and he said “I apologized, I gotta listen to him” or something along the lines. The vibes and glass pieces are amazing. I’m from Orlando and my boyfriend n I are always impressed when we come to coco beach. We normally go to another store when we visit but they were closed and came here n after this visit we will be coming here for our glasses needs. The glass in Orlando doesn’t even come near to what they offer here in coco so we always make it a point that if we are gonna buy anything might as well be here especially because the prices vs Orlando and factoring the quality it’s a easy decision to hold off on buying until u are here unless it’s an emergency. I deeply urge you to come here for all your vape or glass needs because I promise this is the place that if ur going to drop money on something least make it worth it. I always feel pressured when going into stores but I feel like I could freely walk around here. Also the pieces are just so creative at this store compared to others like I really had many wow moments of how do you even have this here and how does someone even come to make it. Just amazing. THE BEST smoke shop in Cocoa Beach, these guys are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they ALWAYS take care of you. I have been shopping here since they opened and I always leave with a smile on my face. Recently I stopped in and picked up a grinder, a bowl, and a new piece. Ryan recommended the Stache Grynder, which I hadn't tried before, and I am very happy with the results. It works unbelievably well. I also bought a very nice Grizzly Quartz bowl, that I am also super happy with. The piece I picked was a lower-cost one, but it was a direct replacement for one I had owned for some time which had cracked due to an accident. Unfortunately after I got home I realized that the new piece had a manufacturing defect and I was unable to use it. I brought it back and Russ and Ryan were very understanding, and they helped me out and hooked me up with a replacement. Very, very cool of them, this is not something most places would do. The selection there is unbelievable too, they really have a huge variety of pieces and accessories.
