For the bare minimum decent standards, this will do. Tourist trap, and they will forsure upsell you and haggle you about it. I went from a dark color to a light and the male technician, Kevin I had was so rushed and lazy(see details below): drilling off my gel when I said I would wait to soak (and for my other party who had a longer service time and ended up waiting for as stated), I had a broken nail on the side when the gel came off ( so much it would lift when he ran the entoof the tool to clean debris out from under the nail) waited to see how he would address the issue and said nothing but painted gel right over it, cutting them down when I asked not to, cutting my cuticles when I explicitly stated just a polish change (I just got them done back home and disliked the color and wanted to change my hands and toes colors only), left polish on my skin that dripped from painting and adhered when cured with no removal/clean up. Get to my toes, and the woman, Wen was told a pedicure and proceeded with setting up for one (not her fault) when I reminded yet again I dont want/need that service. Hence the reason for no tips, half assed rushed service, you're not getting anymore of my money. Update11/11/21: found my favorite guy! Timmy shapes and smooths the nail perfectly every time. First time I went here was horrible. I was constantly scratched by the electric filer to the point it tore my skin and the quality of my nails was horrible, some going crooked, some were rough texture - I couldn’t stand looking at them and the person doing my nails seemed in a bad mood. I didn’t say anything bc I didn’t have the time to stick around for it to be fixed and I’m not one to complain.

I went back to give it another try because from what I observed while there everyone else was super friendly and all the customers were so happy and this place has the most color options for dip I’ve seen in the area which was a big reason why I went in first place.

Second time I was extremely pleased. The nail shape, color, and experience was perfect. I even asked for a few things that are specific to my preference and she nailed it! Definitely my favorite manicure I’ve received within 30 mile radius of this area.

Both times I was there the staff (almost all of them) were super friendly with their customers chatting and laughing it makes for a nice environment.
