Happy Palm Stays — Local services in Cocoa Beach

This was my first experience with Happy Palm Stays - and it was a very positive one. Of course where we stayed was great - more on that later, I'm reviewing more of the management company (HPS). Communication with them was great - for me finding a place to stay in Cocoa or anywhere else is always overwhelming. I stumbled onto HPS by way of searching close to the pier and saw they had many places (20+?) in a single building - and not being the kind of person with infinite patience I called and spoke with Zareh. I gave him my punch list and he quickly suggested several units that covered it - and more. He knew the status of each unit, if/when they had been recently redone, amenities, etc. Very helpful, I was able to narrow it down and show pictures to my wife for us to make a decision. During the entire stay they were available for questions / help - with fast responses. They checked in every day (via email) to ensure we were good and to see if we needed anything. And when we did have questions - they followed up very quickly. This is some good service!

Now the unit - loved it. The kids loved it. Recently remodeled, had all the comforts of home for us to spend six days. Full kitchen, cookware, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, new refrigerator, dish detergent, diswasher detergent, washing machine (this is a must!) complete with detergent, two full beds in one room, king in another, plenty of extra pillows, toilet paper that wasn't sandpaper (yay!), castable / modern tv's in every room (for the downtime), nicely decorated, and as a bonus - a record player with John Lennon and Eagles greatest hits. Brought me back to when I was a kid.

The grounds had direct access to the beach, a very nice (and deep) swimming pool, everything was well maintained and clean, and as a bonus - the unit came with five beach chairs, four boogie boards, a pop up tent, toys, an hard side cooler big enough to fit a bunch of goodies, and a few other things I didn't explore. Just took what we needed.

The patio was huge (fourth floor) - extended the length of the unit. Four nice chairs and a table to sit outside and enjoy the nice evenings. We had two rocket launches that could have been viewed from the front of the building, but it's a much nicer experience to go down to the beach and really see / hear it go up. And it was also very relaxing to have a beautiful view of the Cocoa Beach pier the whole time from our unit.

The final day we were offered to get a later checkout (5 PM) for a couple extra bucks - took them up on it because my daughter didn't want to go back to UCF and sit alone in the dorm all day. Totally worth it! We stayed all day, went out to eat, and it yielded the best waves of the entire trip.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo and the Happy Palms group.

Condo: The condo was clean and beautiful. It has a heated pool, immediate beach access, amazing views, all the amenities we needed, and provided the beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, etc. It had EVERYTHING. It made our trip so much easier and more comfortable. I loved that our specific unit had the guest room with two twins so my two boys could each have their own bed. The kitchen was perfect and had all the tools we needed. The furniture was super comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit was SUPER helpful. The bed in the master was comfortable, and I loved the pillows so much that I reached out to Happy Palms to find out what kind they were so I could get some for my own bed at home. They responded promptly and I have the same pillows on my own bed at home now. The view was amazing, we were able to see 2 rocket launches from our condo! We loved it so much that we cannot wait to come back for a return visit and we hope to book the exact same condo.

Happy Palms: I cannot thank this specific group enough. Especially Amanda. She answered all my questions with prompt replies, even the silly ones about the pillows. However, most importantly, when I reached out without much hope a month after our stay to see if I might have left my small jewelry bag, she responded with a photo of it in the lost and found. She shipped it to me that same day at no cost and it returned to me right away. ALL my jewelry was inside and I could not be more grateful to this group and Amanda for returning these precious pieces to me. I cannot wait to work with them again and return to these...

My husband and I with our 2 children just returned home from Cocoa beach and we had the pleasure of staying at Chateau by the sea for 10 days. Let me begin by saying this place exceeded our expectations and was absolutely perfect for our family. We stayed in unit 109, which is directly in front of the pool. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large, bright and clean. Large open kitchen, dining and family room. Everything you need is already there including all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach toys. Perfect!!! Kitchen comes completely stocked, insuite laundry with detergent aswell. Tvs in every room, great air-conditioning. Hot showers and even a dish washer! The pool is heated, clean and under 6 feet deep... which is perfect in every way. The beach is steps from the pool and gorgeous. The pier is right their for all your fun drink needs, food and Tiki experience. Chateau has several bbqs, and fun games to play out in the lawns. A huge array of dining out options all within walking distance. EVERYTHING is close by, convenient and easily accessible. The roof top patio is fantastic and we were even fortunate enough to watch 2 rockets launched from the nasa space centre from the roof top. Totally awesome! We will definitely be staying here again!!! Don't hesitate, book it... you will enjoy your stay.
