PizzaVola — Restaurant in Cocoa Beach

The food was excellent however the service time was horrendous and unacceptable!!!!! There were only three of us and ofrom sit down to leaving was over an hour and forty five minutes!!!!! We ordered garlic knots, two salads, veal parm and 3 slices of pizza, which were readily available in the case.

We received our appetizer and salads at 50 minutes, and we received our meals after 1hour and 5 minutes!!! A child getting two slices of pizza shouldn't have to wait at a sit in restaurant for over an hour for his food!! We felt awful and uncomfortable that we were served our appetizer and salads before his was given anything, especially considering the pizza was in the case and was already made!

There was only ONE waiter serving the entire restaurant at dinner time (530pm) and he was bouncing back and forth neren two rooms of tables, bussing his own tables and delivering orders!!!

Several patrons asked why he was the only one working and no response was given. They had 5 workers out back (that we physicallysaw- not sure if there were more)- one should've been pulled to help but in reading reviews on several other websites, this seems to be business as usual and its typically ran this way but I'm not truly sure as we were not given an answer either.

After 25 minutes of waiting to be offered the check and to go boxes, I finally had to go up to the counter and request it myself. We still had to wait about 15 minutes and then we were finally able to leave.

We arrived at before 530pm and didn't leave until after 7:10pm. I had a planned cruise excursion that departed at 7pm and I missed because of the service.

We easily should've been out of there within 45 minutes to an hour max. Again the food was amazing but dining in, was 1000000% not worth the wasted time. We would however, consider ordering take out in the future.

I should also note that after getting ice cream next door, a couple walked out of the pizza place and the waiter came outside and confronted them and accused then of theft because they left after ordering! They said it had been 45 minutes and they hadn't received their food yet, so they left. The waiter said their food was ready and they had to come back in. I don't know what ended up happening...

I had one of the best restaurant experiences ever here at Pavarotti's. Walking in, the atmosphere of the restaurant was quite a breath of fresh air. The decor was beautiful and there were plenty of booths and tables to dine at. Being a cook and a restaurant dining enthusiast, my first stop was the restroom, of course, to wash-up and "make room" for my meal. The bathroom was very well kept and clean. When I left the restroom I took a peek at the kitchen and was amazed at how it was as well, clean it was well kept. When I approached the counter the waitress/cashier greeted me with an extremely friendly attitude that made me feel very welcomed and at home. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza for only $2 with toppings of fresh green spinach and ricotta cheese for the affordable price of only $0.40 per topping. The slice of pizza was made before my eyes as I continued with my next order, a chicken tender sub (not on the menu) made at my request! I was informed that all the ingredients were fresh. Even the chicken tenders were cutlets, lightly breaded and fried in-house. My slice of pizza was beautifully presented on a decorative plate. As well, my sub was presented on yet another decorative plate made with a fresh and fluffy sub roll, golden crisped chicken tenders, and topped with ripe red tomato slices, freshly shredded lettuce and banana peppers. The cashier even provided me with ground pepper, parmesan cheese, garlic and pepper flakes to garnish my pizza slice and sub. I was an EXTREMELY WELL SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Of course before any entree was brought out my server provided me with a glass of ice and water and sweetened iced tea that she eventually ended up not charging me for due to the fact that I had hardly drank any of it. She made a point of topping my glass of water off twice as well. Again this was a more than pleasant restaurant experience that I deeply enjoyed. In fact I enjoyed the experience so much that I called my girlfriend shortly afterwards to tell her that I'll be returning to the restaurant WITH...

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! WORST SERVICE EVER. Its Friday night at 8pm and we stop here to have dinner after a long week. We get seated right away as there were not many people in the restaurant. As we look over the menu a girl walks over approximately 10 minutes later and asks if someone took our order. We said no to which she said she would get our waiter. A few more minutes go by and our waiter shows up. My partner said we would both like water and were ready to order. The waiter who looked all of 17 years old seemed to have trouble understanding our request. We ordered our food and waited to get water salad and rolls...pretty simple right? Not tonight! Our water came out and he said he was bringing our salad and rolls. He then "verified" that we wanted blue cheese dressing. When he brought the salad and dressing out he said you wanted blue cheese right? No rolls yet. That took another 10 minutes when we already finished our salads and started to wonder about these alleged rolls. They finally showed up...we've now been there approximately 30 minutes and ate some rolls. 15 minutes go by and we still don't have food. The girl who seated us came up to us and asked if we had ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and shrimp scampi. We told her yes and were informed that the "ticket never printed" and our order was never put in. 1 hour of waiting to get no meal. We were disguted at this point and told her we were leaving. She said "you cant really blame anyone as itcwas a problem with the printer but there would be no charge" like she thought we'd want to pay after this lousy service. What a joke! We left and when we got in the car my boyfriend informed me that the man eating at the bar was the owner and earlier he was bragging about opening another restaurant! Well at least he got his food. Needless to say this was a horrible experience and we will never go back and suggest you steer clear of this place...at least if you want to eat your meal the same day it...
