Terence was an amazing sales person. He did a great job explaining exactly how the process worked get a piece of furniture delivered. We could not be happier with our customer service and the selection we found in Kirkland today.
Terrance called me to let me know he was delivering the piece of furniture and he was completely professional, completely on time, and delivering 100% of my expectations.
Then I had a bit of a crisis as I was installing a floor in Steamboat and ran out of material. And a moment that could only be described as desperate I decided to call Terranceās personal cell phone and ask for a favor. The flooring I needed was at Costco, which was right near his shop, and I asked him if he could possibly pick up six boxes of flooring. I was unable to pay for the flooring at Costco online or over the phone speaking to the manager. And Terrance, who was an angel sent straight from heaven agreed to pick up the floor, pay for it with his personal card, and deliver it with the furniture to Steamboat Springs.
The whole episode made me feel like we live in a good world with good people. He trusted me and I trusted him and he saved our project as we had a deadline.
I was thrilled with Kirkland and Terrance before this episode and now he will go down his history as one of the angels that help me through a tight spot. He should be recognize his professionalism, generosity, work ethic, people, skills, and just, having a big heart and a good head on his shoulders. I wish I could clone people like him and I would hire an army of them. Kirklands is so lucky to have him!

I only purchased online after being told in store that the discount is only honored online. The money came out of my account immediatley but I was unable to pick up my purchase until 2 weeks later but it was already gone. I did look through emails and did not see one informing me that it needs to be picked up or cancelled. I did look when I was in store to pick up and did see one stating it was cancelled 3 days ago but still do not see the money in my account. I don't want the money returned, I wanted the item I purchased. I left the other matching items that I was going to purchase at pick up behind.

It was a short woman with short brown hair, she was dragging her feet all over the store, horrible look on her face and completely ignored me when I asked to get a wreath down. There was no welcome when we came in, no help and she was on her phone repeatedly. My mom and I walked out and honestly, kirklands at this location has lost our business. We were each ready to drop around $100, and both sales were lost. I suppose Iāll shop at the woodman location now but maybe just stop kirklands all together.
