I’m new to Colorado and needed a new manicurist. You never know what you’re falling into when going to someone new but I am highly impressed! I was a walk-in but was able to be seen right away. I’m very particular about my nails and told the lady what I usually get done. She actually introduced me to a new product which I absolutely love! I get gel nails and they were narrow instead of wide like most salons like to do. They were filed evenly, no crookedness, and the gel polish covered the entire nail (pet-peeve of mine).The pedicure was nicely done as well. A gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax can get expensive but the pricing was fair. I found my new spot and will continue to come back. Today was my third time visiting My Nails and I am about to call it quits. I went in for a "Luxury Pedicure" and shelac removal. There were only two people working and 4 customers. The technicians jumped from another customer's pedicure to my nail removal without washing our disinfecting her hands. gross.

Also, the Luxury Pedicure was supposed to include extra massage which to my surprise meant the technician rubbing the bottom of my feet with a hot stone. There was no lotion massage on my feet or legs, which in my opinion is the best part of...

My favorite nail salon in Colorado Springs, I've been a customer for the last 4 years! Customer service is top notch...come here a few times and it's like you are family! I love coming back every two weeks to just catch up with everyone! The massage chairs are top of the line, I could sit in these for hours! Prices are great and they offer a 10% military discount.
