Fantastic store! They moved from the small spot downtown to a larger location with wonderful selection for men and women. I called and spoke to the manager Spencer to ask a question about a return, she helped me on the phone and told me to come into the store and I could handle my returns. I also learned they give credit for like new returns and got a bigger credit for my GF to use! Not only was Spencer there to greet and help me, her staff went over and above to help as well. They are all doing great up there and you shouldn’t let these past reviews deter you from going. Everyone has an off day but no one was rude and they were all helpful! I had a quality promise return that I wasn’t sure would qualify and wasn’t sure of how it worked. the worker I spoke to was super helpful and explained to me how it worked and that I actually did qualify. he was able to get it retuned and they had one of the exact same shorts that I had before. The manager was particularly rude. My girlfriend and I arrived to the new location five minutes prior to 8 (the store closes at 8) and the manager asked us to leave. She stated they had a staff meeting and asked us to “hurry up”. I understand it was close to closing but the store was technically still open and should remain open while we were shopping.
