I had never heard of Riddleâs Jewelry before, but now I am a loyal fanâand itâs all thanks to Seth!
Initially, I stopped by a jewelry store Iâve frequented for years to get a watch battery replaced. Unfortunately, my experience there was disappointing. Not only was I not greeted upon entering, but despite being a repeat customer, I wasnât recognized. When I inquired about replacing the battery, I received a curt, âNo, sorry,â with no effort to check the battery type or even examine the watch.
Feeling let down, I noticed Riddleâs Jewelry for the first time and decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in, I was met with exceptional service. Seth greeted me warmly and immediately responded with, âYes, we should be able to replace the battery. Let me take a look.â Although they didnât have the battery in stock, Seth assured me they could order it and promised to notify me once it arrived. True to his word, I received a text the following week.
When I returned to have the battery replaced, I was blown away by the service. Seth remembered me and greeted me as if I had been a valued customer for years. His professionalism, genuine kindness, and dedication to follow-through left a lasting impression.
Seth exemplifies what excellent customer service should look likeâhe kept his promises, treated me with care, and made me feel truly valued. Because of his outstanding character and representation of Riddleâs Jewelry, theyâve gained a new and loyal customer. I hope Riddleâs recognizes the gem (pun intended) they have in Seth!

   Read moreI went in to have a fingerprint pendant necklace that I wear in memory of my son, who tragically lost his life in 2016, shortened. The beautiful inside and out lady (I didnât quite catch her name) who waited on me asked me to tell her about the pendant and she listened and even cried when I shared briefly the sad story of how my only child lost his life when he was 18, and that the necklace had his fingerprint on one side and his name, the date of his birth, and the date of his death on the back. It was going to take a few days to have it shortened. However, probably only 15 minutes after I left the store she called me personally and told me she had it done already for me so that I didnât have to be without my necklace. I gave her a hug which she graciously received. Iâm not sure if I should tell this in the review or not, but she actually didnât even let me pay for the cost of shortening my necklace. She said it was on the house. I was truly touched by this unexpected kindness. I was treated with grace and kindness by her as well as two young men who were working there today. They made me feel special and I canât recommend this store and the lovely people who work there more highly. The customer service at this store...

Now my experience⌠let me preface this review by stating I am a university student. I understand itâs hard for any industry to take people my age seriously. Hooligans my age donât tip, are rude, and donât have hardly a cent. Now, I am not rich but I am not poor. So when I enter a somewhat busy store with three other costumers and two representatives, I understand I will be on a cue. Yet, when 3 others show up including a repair to a 50 cent chain, a âlady of the nightâ and her senior care giver, and a gypsy couple. ALL OF THEM are noticed before me. 30 minutes I waited to have a gentleman say âheâs been waiting a little whileâ then not receive a lick of help. Count me out, both on business and trust.
