Trader Joe's Columbia — Local services in Columbia

I made my purchases and then right after I walked out the door, I dropped my bag and broke a pasta sauce jar. An employee immediately appeared and offered to clean out my bag and replace my broken item. She even went in the back and cleaned out the glass, the sauce, and gave me my bag back! This was entirely my fault and she was so sweet and helpful. I did not catch her whole name but she had shorter hair and her name started with an A. Thank you so much for your kindness! We love...

I was not impressed at all. I know being the first week opening the location was not a good plan at all . Have only one entrance and as you exit the store your running into the people coming into the store. Where to stand in line people everywhere. To checkout it was so crowded. We were charged for 7 red pears when we got 4.

The store is really spacious compared to other Trader Joe’s and every worker we saw was kind and smiling, which is not a norm in Columbia. If you all could order the vegan oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (they have them in a lot of Trader Joe’s), my husband would literally cry from gratitude.
