Jeni is the the manager and she needs customer service skills training. If Anita is still over Easton BBWs, when I see her I will let her know Jeni should not be a manager or a sales rep. I placed an order online around 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Use my 10 off 40 coupon. I had errands to run so I decided to come to the store. Got there around 11:00 a.m. I asked an associate. Is there a way they can check online status of an order? She asked over the headset to see if they can check online status. The manager lady just looked at her and said we had over 40 orders. It's going to be a while. So I decided just to grab what I wanted. I get to the checkout line and ask the lady to cancel my online order. She tells me I need to go up front and cancel it. I said can they just come back here so I don't have to wait. She says no you have to cancel it up front so I go up front. I cancel my order and I tell the lady I need to use my 10 for $40 coupon. She cancels my order I go back in line I have to wait cuz now she's helping another customer then some items don't ring up for the sale price. I tell her those were on sale. She has to ask the manager if the ones that I picked out were on sale. They tell her yes she goes ahead and changed the price. She rings up a couple more items and another one comes up wrong price. Same type of item room spray and I tell her oh that's on sale too and she changes the price at that time. So then when she tells me my total I said the lady said I could use my 10 off 40. She said is it on your phone? I said no. I used it on my online order so it's not on my phone anymore so she goes on the headset and she ask can she use her 10 off 40? The girl beside her tells her yes but she's still waiting for an answer from the manager. I just needed to make this clear on here that is not customer service friendly. When a person is at the register ready to check out and wants to cancel an online order, you should be able to handle that in the back. The manager should come back to where the customer is to handle the situation instead of the customer having to go from the back of the store to the front of the store from the front of the store to the back of the store when I'm the customer. Bath& body works, you must do better. Your customer service is lacking. Your cashier should be able to change the price of an item if you realize everything in this person's cart is on sale and not have to ask a manager, especially if the cashier has been there for a couple of years. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff are attentive at best you can't get a foot in the door without them being on top of you sometimes it's a bit intrusive sometimes you just want to walk in and browsing and see if you can discover something they killed it for me my brother recently had a massive stroke and ended up with brain damaging it's in the hospital and so me and my family is on shifts 3 hours each day and I just decided to take my mind off of things by going to get me something to just help me to relax and candles and some smell goods and I just wanted to come in and just kind of exploring be at peace and before I knew it I was cornered at the door it was two of them and I just lost my zest for why I had shown up there the girl said what brings you in today I said my feet I ended up not spending what I would have have they allowed me the space to come in and just explore I've been irritated with Bath & Body Works for about a year now just to be honest about it it seems like the moment you fall in love with a scent they get rid of it or discontinue it and I just am irritated by that so I had called myself boycotting Bath and Body Works but of course on this particular day I was ready to break the stride and give it another try to my dismay the queens of smell good was on me before I could even lay eye on anything they were on me no problem with saying welcome no problem with saying thanks for coming in today but don't Corner me don't question me immediately give me the chance to come in and explore let me breathe I promise you I probably would have spent quite a bit more had you allowed me to breathe I thought myself irritated...

When I specifically asked this employee, Dana, to stop calling me "dear" because it is condescending and insulting, she should have immediately ceased doing so instead of engaging me in an argument and continuing to use the term. I am not sure who Dana thinks she is but she had absolutely no right to argue with me. One adult woman, Dana, the sales associate, does not address another with the term "dear" especially when the other woman, who happens to be me, is older and more knowledgeable concerning the use of such terms. Using the term "dear" could be likened to using the term "boy" or "uncle"...
