On Saturday, February 17, I ordered online from this location. If I knew it was from this location, I wouldn't have ordered. They MISERABLY failed us again (this is their third time). We order via the website 20 bone-in hot wings, a small order of cauliflower hot wings, two onion rings, and two of the complimentary veggies. The food is normally cold and wrong. Once again... the order was wrong, the food was cold, and items were missing. We didn't get any vegetables or dipping sauce. We were given a french fry, instead of the two orders of onion rings that we ordered. No sauce was provided for the one box of onion rings that we did get, nor for the bone-out wings which we didn't order. The cauliflower wings arrived but were cold, as were the onion rings. I spoke to the manager a total of four times, who said her name was Leah. During the first conversation we went around and round and she said it didn't come from her location. She eventually said she found it, apologized, and wanted to credit me for their error. That's not what I asked for... I wanted the food for movie night. She didn't acknowledge the missing vegetables or sauce. She told me to call Doordash and tell them to contact them, so she could have the onion rings sent out to me. I eventually got a representative with Doordash. They graciously made arrangements for someone to go pick up the missing items and bring them to us. Great I thought. I called Leah back and told her what Doordash said, she said oh the Dasher is already here. I'll get your onion rings, sauce, and veggies out to you. I thanked her. About 25 minutes later I looked at my at my phone and I saw a text from Doordash. It said, "the order has been canceled, reach out to Buffalo Wild Wings directly for information." Extremely unprofessional. The Easton Town Center location doesn't care about the customer. I called and Leah said oh the Dasher left, so I'm going to refund your money. That's it. Extremely disappointed... We were looking forward to this meal. The final gut punch... the wings were boneless (I called her again and she expressed no concern). Forgetting the veggies... possible, forgetting the sauce... maybe, but this location and managers simply don't care. Horrible service. If you want to be fustracted and get terrible...
Read moreDid a take out order on a Saturday night. That was my first mistake. The guy at the counter was nice but was clearly over his head when it came to running the takeout counter. Helping people out of order. Guy who walked in before me was still waiting to place an order when I left.
For the order, we were shorted an order of fries, an order of onion rings, and an order of the loaded ice cream. The two pieces of cheesecake we ordered were packaged with the hot food and didn't come with caramel drizzle as advertised.
Receipt also has a "number of bags" and a "checked by" section that was never filled out, which means nobody at the store checked the order and we didn't know if we were supposed to get multiple bags.
So, to summarize. We had 3 missing items, two items made improperly, and cold items packaged with hot items.
The food wasn't great. The hot food wasn't hot, and the cheesecake was warm. Also, the wings were way over sauced. If they still use the sauce pumps and wing buckets like when I worked there (different location years ago), the buckets need to be rinsed or switched out periodically. Can't be slinging that many wings in the same buckets all night.
I've been to this location during lunch hours and off nights and it's been fine. Ordering take out on a weekend evening is basically throwing money away and I don't recommend it. You can check my Google account. I rarely leave bad reviews, but when half of your $100 order is either missing or tastes like it was made yesterday, it's just not good. If they're gonna do $2000 per hour on take out, they need to stop being cheap and put another person there to assist. The kitchen staff also needs to clean their stations more. Being busy is no excuse to serve warm cheesecake when all that needs done to prevent is using a different bag or over saucing wings when it takes literally a few seconds to swap out buckets. That's kindergarten level food...
Read moreThe reason for this one star mostly has to do with management.
Typically I donât go out to eat Dealing with the price increase of most things I decide to mostly cook at home, but since Iâm on a company trip, me and another coworker decided to go out to eat, we decided on a nice casual restaurant, Buffalo wild wings. I saw that they were advertising this new bird dog & I decided to get that get something new. Not the honey barbecue and the loaded Bird bog. I thought something was a strange since the dogs came basically loaded with mostly sauce the honey barbecue was actually not too bad, but when it came to the loaded dog as I was looking at it, and realize that it was mostly sauce, and just a boneless chicken, tender sitting in the middle of it, I called the waiter over the waiter, was very nice and courteous. He even try to help he took it back to the kitchen to see if he can fix it. He came back to the table and his first words âI am on your sideâ and explain that his manager would not let him get another piece of chicken unless I paid for it tell me it was gonna be $1.50 something iâm assuming this manager must give him a lot of issues since he was over, explaining how he was trying to fix it I told him it was fine. There was no point in trying to fight it I told him I probably wouldnât eat it anyway since sheâs being petty over another boneless chicken piece. So I told him to just take it off the order he did so. Now I have another reason not to go out to...
