Avoid this place if your a dasher. Staff is unfriendly, unmanaged and uninterested in the Dashers concerns. The system was to go to check in window, give order name and then your in line or checked in. The pickers worked as a team with the Dashers. But now they pick out of there que without even knowing if the dasher is checked in at the window. Orders are getting canceled sitting on the shelves. A bottle neck of dashers just wait for up to an hour sometimes, especially if you have two or more orders. The pickers get miserable quick stranding the drivers there loosing money and customers never using the service again. Advenually there won't be any customers left and everyone will done with this place unless the Dashmart gets some customer service for the Dashers. I just started Dashing and found this on my first day kinda by mistake. This place stays busy so there’s usually a steady flow of orders and they’re all in the double-digits $12-16 for most. The down side is that all the orders are pretty far away and it kept sending me to New Albany and Worthington. Why anyone living all the way up there would order from a store all the way down by OSU doesn’t even make sense. So you have to drive 15 minutes to the customer and then 15 minutes back so you have to consider if it’s worth it to you to only be able to deliver 2 orders in 1 hour. I’ve only done this at night between 11pm and 2am tho and when there’s no traffic on 315 or 270 it makes it a lot easier however it wasn’t giving me batch orders even tho all the orders I was getting was going to pretty much the same neighborhoods, maybe someone knows a...

HORRIBLE!! I had a personal order to pick up that was placed during the morning. I got there by 5:30 and it was so many dashers there to pick up their order. They were all upset. Being that it was my first time I asked a guy working there how to receive my order, and he literally told me I can't help you until we find out who is parked by the door. He brushed me off angry no one was saying who car it was. After waiting so long because another employee stated I have to wait for my name to be called. 25 min later I ask a different employee he then states OHHH this a personal order!! You was supposed to talk to her ( referring to another employee) I then wait another 15 min for her to fill my order. So this could've been avoided if the first guy wasn't so rude and actually did his job!!...
