First time at this goodwill outlet and was so excited to check it out but what a difficult shopping experience , 1st of all there's only maybe 10 carts available and at least 40+ people trying to shop . Was able to get a cart from a lady leaving and was very quickly approached by a guy who asked could he have my cart when I was done , I said yes and he proceeded to follow me the whole time I shopped and I was trying to enjoy myself and take my time I can spend hours thrifting. It was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. Then the entire time I was there I saw 1 new bin come out and that was in a 90 minute span. Then when I proceeded to check out with stalker guy following I didn't see anyone else weighing their carts they were unloading on to bin on counter and I know at other outlets they weigh the whole cart so when I asked the cashier what I needed to do she was extremely rude and snapped at me that she would weigh the cart subtracting the weight of cart and i dont believe she did. Because my total was 2x as much as I normally spend at other outlets and she continued to speak harshly to me when I was asking about the weight in the meantime stalker starts to empty my cart. I left there feeling anxious and confused and to think I drove over 2 hrs for this store. Bottom line is you need more carts and your staff needs to learn a lil bit about customer service but I...
Read moreWas treated horribly by assistant manager named Charles. Had a very simple concern about a light jacket I went to purchase out of a $4.69 section as pictured. There were about a dozen of them all grouped into the long sleeve section as you can see, in sizes medium and XL. At the cashier I was told it would be $6.99. I bought it anyway, as the price isn't bad for something I liked. When my wife went to ask about the price discrepancy afterwards, a man who said he was an assistant manager named Charles constantly interrupted her, spoke condescendingly to her by telling her to use "common sense." Then ignored her completely as if she didn't matter as a person, to speak to me, only to tell me some nonsense about the signs, which if he were listening to our concern, was the problem to begin with. A simple sorry for the inconvenience, putting up a sign with an accurate price or a small discount would have all been appropriate solutions to the issue raised. But instead we got disrespected . Charles shouldn't be working in any customer...
Read moreThe workers always have attitude like they are working the hardest job ever. Omg it’s so hard pushing bins and picking clothes out of the back. For some of the workers I understand it would be harder with a disability but for those two workers who yell at people cause they think they have all the power to talk to anyone that way are just incredibly rude and incapable of working a basic job. I do my part in making sure I don’t leave messes and be respectful to the workers and I don’t get paid to do that. I think they should fire some people and hire better people who actually put in effort to not be a shitty person with a big bad attitude. No one’s forcing them to work here they just want to complain. One of the workers were cleaning and started screaming at a woman with a child talking about bashing her face in when she didn’t even do anything. Overall the place went downhill. I really wish they would get some new workers. The only worker who has been respectful and kind and funny is Irene and three of the...
