I'm honestly not surprised this store has a 3 star. I was absolutely appalled by the service I got today. My 90 year old grandma got me the family charm bracelet for Christmas; over $200 and it didn't come out too long ago. I go in to exchange my size; that's it. I called the store before hand, I said she doesn't have the recipe but we have all her information as she came in the store to purchase it. The lady wa sweet and said no problem we will take Care of it. Once I got to the store, the First Lady asked her manager ARWIN, if we can do an exchange for size, she said yes. The lady put on the smaller size but different charm. I said I want family one as Tnats the one my grandma bought me and she said they don't have it, called Easton and she goes "they didn't answer" ok? Call them again? She then said she would check the inventory, as she's doing that she's asking for my grandma's info. They don't have her name; phone number, or email in the system when my grandmas info hasn't changed in years. She shops there all the time. Spends Thousands. So, clearly they typed her info wrong from The beginning, and was telling my grandma they need the receipt when before it was yes it's an easy exchange, and yes the receipt is helpful, however when I'm changing the size and that's it, never should me or my grandma get talked to the way ARWIN did. She gave awful service and I left with the same Bracelte, no info about it Easton has it, and told us to kick rocks because they couldn't find her info. I would like corporate to contact me, as I will never shop here again, and all my grandma wants is a refund and to never step foot in there again. There's sooooooooo many jewelry places that would never treat people like this at the price point, so I hope people read this and go anywhere else. Read moreBought my girlfriend a ring 3 days prior of today (5/10) and gave it to her as a mother’s day gift. She tried it on and wore it a few hours and decided she wanted a bigger size. We walk into the store and was greeted at the door nicely and the employee helping us was very nice as well. We tell her we need to do an exchange and she gives the ring to her manager (Galina) to look at a new one out of the drawer side by side to check for imperfections and make sure we weren’t trying to exchange a damaged ring which I understand. We were told that the ring I bought 3 days ago and the same ring that had been worn for a few hours was not as shiny/polished as the one pulled in the store and they could not do an exchange due to company policy. This seemed extremely ridiculous to me and there are many outliers on why a ring wasn’t as shiny as the other and I don’t think can be proven to be our fault. I could have had them perform a free cleaning and it likely look the same. So we leave Polaris drive to Easton and they performed an exchange in less than 10 minutes with no hassles. I have this same experience everytime at this polaris location. I take my girlfriend in there to get a ring she wanted and they didn’t have her size there so I say ok can you check if Easton does and they call ONE time and say I can’t get ahold of them their not answering but they only tried once lol. Then I said okay is there a way we can get it online or shipped and they said no they don’t make them anymore it’s a old ring but went home and got it online and it just shipped to our house ? I gave this problem all the time not just me everyone I know who goes to Polaris has this terrible costumer service problem they always act as if they don’t want to work or help anyone and when they do they act like they don’t want to help you look for anything or help out at all .
