I have ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad twice now, to go both times. The first time I called in an order on my lunch break from work, and reached out to a manager to ask about the portion size, and was informed that I was likely accidentally given a side salad. It was very small and I accepted this answer because there is no way the portion I was given was appropriate when considering the price of $19. I understood, because mistakes are made and I accepted the gracious refund that the manager gave me. I ordered to go again the other evening, because truthfully the salad was delicious and I wanted a full portion of it. When I received my food, the portion size was the same as the other incident where I believed I was given a side portion. I called, and the manager on duty at this time informed me that the portion was correct, was very kind and apologized for my experience. Both times the managers were kind and gracious to hear me out. She encouraged me to leave a review, which I never do, so here I am. I will attach pictures of the first salad I received. I don't believe this portion size is fitting, nor appropriate for the price they've set the salad at for $19. When I eat out, it is almost always a treat and I don't do it frivolously, so to be so grossly disappointed twice and feel like I have wasted my money is hard. For comparison, the salad they serve is about a 1/3 of the size of a Panera or Chick-fil-A salad and almost double the price. For what it's worth, my husband has also ordered here with me and loves their Yum Yum Burger & the portion size is appropriate, even generous in accordance with the cost of ~$15. Unfortunately, I will personally not order the salad or eat here again until they adjust their prices or portion size according to what is a fair value. It's a delicious salad, I hope that they make adjustments so that I can come here and enjoy it again.

A different vibe (in a good way) than the other places I've visited in Columbus. It can get a little loud inside but not from loud music, it's just a lot of ambient noise. Super laid back - you order and pay at the counter and get a number to have your food brought to your table. The food menu has a bit of everything, including decadent desserts. For the beer wall, you get a wristband which you can scan to pour, and then return the wristband to pay when you're finished. You can alternatively seat yourself at the bar for service. The staff is helpful if you're confused about the system. The beer wall is fun and has a great variety. I like that the beer wall allows you to pour exactly how much you want with no minimum pour so you can try different things without drinking a ton. The handful of beers I tried were all great (it was more than a year ago that I used the beer wall so I don't remember what I had and it's probably not there anymore since I think they rotate). I have tried the blackened shrimp tacos and sweet n' sour tofu off the food menu. The shrimp tacos were really good, lots of flavour and fresh. I enjoyed the sweet n' sour tofu but it was less impressive than the tacos; it was good in the way that Chinese takeout is good. The fried rice was a little bland but the tofu and spring roll were both tasty. I haven't tried the pizza myself but it looks so good; if I ever come back here I'm getting pizza. As for the desserts, the banana pudding cheesecake was fantastic. The key lime pie was a little too sweet. The cookies also look great.

Meh food/service - Double Check the charges on your bill.

My family and I went there last night for a celebratory meal. We loved the atmosphere and were excited, even with the prices. The young lady at the register was nice but had a the "deer in the headlights" look when asked to leave something off of the pizza and the fries well done. The wife and I both got wristbands (which you have to pay a service fee for) and when when we went to get various beers, we were served foam. (Which you pay for) I brought this to the bartender attention and she was like "huh,oh well.." and walked away. The pizza my wife received had decent flavor but was thin and had a handful of spinach dumped in the center. My cuban was tasty although the bread was really dry and had very little mustard. Food was decent, but not worth the price.

I had 2 tastings (1oz) and then had two 12oz pours. The wife had two 12oz pours and a flight of various foams...

When the bill came, it was over $100 and when I reviewed it, there were at least 6 drinks on my bill that weren't mine. Including a $9 wine and several beers I stock at home... Why would I order them!?

At no time during our meal were we asked how things were or if we needed anything.

After running my CC, the young lady at the register offered to remove what wasn't mine and really tried her best to be helpful. In the end, I probably bought several people some tastings and drinks as I didnt go over receipt with a fine toothed comb, what the heck, it's Christmas, but I was able to remove about $30 in charges (taps) that weren't mine.

Overall, I love the ambiance, the sports screens and the entire concept (I love old restored downtown businesses) but sadly I think this place has a lot of room for...
